nokia said buy new battery still same problem
has go back to nokia 3 times and have received 3 diffrent phones
the phone is going back to nokia again

I've been using it for more than a year (bought it in Jul '09) and it has never missed a beat. Highlights of this phone: ultra-fast 3.5G, brilliant call clarity, excellent camera and long battery life (easily lasts up to five days). Most importantly for me though, is the build quality. The stainless steel body just screams quality, a nice change from the typical plasticky-Nokia feel.

These phones are very well spec'ed but do suffer reliability problems.I have two but they never work for more than a few days. They have been rep[aired aand replaced by the network provider several times (7 on one 3on the other)Pnes have also be back to Nokia now on their 2nd visit. I am getting a little fed up has anyone suffered similar problems ? Screen goin black, phone freezing and call dropped, phone will not restart. If anyone has had these problems resolved I would like to hear about it. I am unfortunatly in a 24 month contract and need some evidence to try and get a resolution.

repeard 6 times. replaced 3, & still wont pickup bluetooth headphones without skiping. & call audio breakup during calls.Not happy!

it is a really agood mobile. easy use and nice looks it has
