bujji, 15 Jun 2010i wont boast this is the best bcos display is only 2.2"... morebut you are getting all features of nokia n95 in nokia 6700 slide for half of n95's cost how can u say that....

i wont boast this is the best bcos display is only 2.2" it is too small for any 3g mobile ,or for browsing purpose

Its sound clarity is good .you can consider 6700 as successor of nokia n95 .it has every feature of n95 and the slide mechanism is improved too.and it has powerful cpu of 600MHz which is greater than n97's cpu speed

[deleted post]5235 is a good phone too but since it is touch scieen it is to be handeled with care , ive also got msgs that there are lot of unlock button problems . And 5235 has only 2mega pixcel camera ,cpu speed is 434Mhz only . But 6700 has 5megapixel camera and 600Mhz cpu speed .i have 5800 and 6700 too i feel comfortable to work on 6700.

Here are few phones which cost a bit high than 6700 and have a simple 3.2 megapixel camera e52,5235,5530(for 5235 ,5530 there are few slide to unlock button problems . Indicated in other website , it doesnt come under warranty too).

Do you have the actual phone? I'm torn between 5230 and 6700 slide. I guess I'll just pick 6700. Can you recommend phone around the price range? Must have a decent camera. I like 6700 but I'm keeping my options open.

The connection wont get disconnected . (you can create multiple connections too . They work simultaneously without slowing your download speed )

lol I sound so ignorant but is the connection shared? Like, I'm downloading in Opera then using another application that requires internet (ebuddy or nimbuzz). Wont the connection get cut off when I connect on a different application or it's shared?

Both have almost same features like 5mp cam with autofocus , dual flash , autorotate , 16m colors , and more .6700 slide supports upto 16gb memory card too and 6700s has more powerful cpu than N95 . And is also powered with N Series music player

Anonymous, 13 Jun 2010which phone is better for college usage... 6700 or 7230 or ... morehey , both 7230 and 6700 can be used for college use , but i preffer 6700 bcos it has 5mega pixel camera with auto focus, i can take much clarity pictures than 7230 .and 6700 has better battery . Standby upto 3 -4 days and music play 2 days so i suggest nokia 6700 slide

Which one do ... morehey i dont know about sony but im sure that nokia 6700 has the advantage , you can install all plugins , applications and other upgrades which are latest but in SE can you install anY app and watch .flv , .3g2 ,mp4 , .mkv format videos . You can do all these in nokia 6700 because of its O.S ...SYMBIAN
