In the case of the SE V640i it was based on the SE K510i.
With Nokia I'm not too sure, they seem to be "exclusive" designs, however they're probably just the same as one of possibly several standard models but for Vodafone they have a unique shell, this is definately the case for the Nokia 6124, the closest looking model (6220 Classic) have completely different specs to each other (the 6124 has a 2mp camera, whereas the 6220C has a 5mp camera).

Vodafone provides a subscribable mobile-network service, right? If it says "Vodafone" on the phone itself, you really should be able to put two and two together. If you still unable to - go to the local Vodafone-store and ask for yourself.

It means that handset is CDMA handset with Vodafone company. Basically in U.K. they people use CDMA technology for 3 years and after that phone can be unlocked.

To Arif vodafone branded means u can use mob with only vodafone simcard so not so practical whenever u want to change carrier so better get nonbranded mobile
