A single camera with great hardware and software can beat dual camera performance. Plus, it'd be great if OIS were added. The rest of your suggestions are good tho, except front LED flash, since I'm not a selfie lover, but I digress since it'd be appealing for the masses.

Great phone if they still keep the same price tag. No treble support a bit disappointing though.
