Indeed, the global or any kind of release is a long call or maybe the price will be more, because Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7.1 with almost same specs only Nokia 7.1 having a better processor are expensive than this one. This phone if launched at the expected price will not only kill the competition but their own phones as well. There can be two possibilities:
1. Either they launch it on high price.
2. Or, they will first launch it in regions where at-least Nokia 6.1 wasn't launched and will slowly move to rest of the regions and by that time, the price of the older phones will be dropped.
let's put that expected time somewhere after 8-10 months of release of Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7 plus, so countries like India will see this phone by the end of the year 2018. Those waiting for this phone in India should probably move to something better because by then the phone will be really out of date.

i Doubt they'd release this globally anytime soon. Its gonna hurt their other phones like the nokia 7 and 6.1.

I thing that this phone gives a pretty good bang for the buck, It looks premium, offers most of the premium features, stock android, compact, and looks awesome all while staying within the budget range. I think this is a pretty good deal and an awesome phone. But the sad thing is that it's not available globally. Yet!

Whatever it may be if camera doesn't have a OIS then no use we are prone to get blurred images. The compact dimensions are a real boon. Rather than increasing mega pixels adding ois would have made surplus advantage, selfie camera should also have good auto focus to make images look good.
Processor is enough it callibrated well it will run smoothly and won't impede in general functions.
Nokia usually makes phones with good cellular reception etc and it will continue to do so, but if they comprise ok that then it's gonna be very bad.
