Under 4g bands description it just says lte, does that mean it has all the lte bands? Anyone know what lte bands are on the device?

Saw some camera samples and videos on Youtube. Really bad ones, both front and rear. That's so disappointing, because the device has good specifications and an awesome price.

On the sellers page, it says there is "No Google Play Store", since it's from the Chinese market. Does that mean it's useless to import it to Europe?
