Was really happy with my X6 that I got November 2018. Then about 8 months later I got the charging port problem (which Nokia confirmed for me and admitted that the problem is actually quite widespread across most of their recent models), then because it's an X6 and intended for the Chinese market (I didn't buy it in China, nor do I live in China) they told me they wouldn't fix it in Europe and it had to be sent to the Chinese repair facility, not that they would send it themselves. I apparently have to do that out of my own pocket.
Other than this one, massive, gaping flaw, the phone is fantastic.

Anonymous, 29 Aug 2019I haven't experienced any heating problem for 3 months nowJust wait a couple months. It'll probably start to overheat. Had to return 2 phones in 8 months for overheating problem, used 2 months, then 4 1/2 months, then BAKE.

As much as Nokia says about the quality but it is not up to the mark.Nokia is a reliable brand so it should maintain its dignity.

Worst experience. Charging port or charging cable problem... After buying i used it just for 4 to 5 months and the charging point was not working. Went to service center. Phone was in warranty. And i got it after 3 weeks. Then again after using it for 2 months, same problem, i am really pissed off... I am writing this comment with 17 per battery and my phone stopped charging, i don't know what i am going to do next, i dont have any spare phone also. Again for fix this problem i have to give it for 3 weeks till then i have to manage, i hate this phone. Wosrt product ever bought. Complete waste of money.
