I got a brand new Nokia 6.1 Plus and I experienced a big problem right off the bat. The rear camera displays flickering and vertical lines when trying to take a photo or shoot a video. I don't know if this is hardware or software. Any suggestions or recommendations?

After September security update my phone is taking longer time to charge. It takes 1hour to charge 40% and shows approx 3:14 hours to charge full from 1%-100%.
Is this problem faced by others too..????

I have been using this phone since last week. The first impressions are really good. Overall features are pretty good. One of the thing which I like about the phone is that its quite handy. The battery is decent, lasts about 5.5 hours on screen. Camera is not so good with the original software, but can capture pretty good images using GCam. Now, Nokia have also released Android 9 Beta update for this device. Stable version will be rolled out in this month itself. The phone charges from 20% to 100% in about 1.8-2 hours which is pretty decent. Notch hiding feature is not currently available. Display and Build quality is also amazing.

1. Stock android
2. Good memory management (not seen apps getting kicked out of memory)
3. Call reception and call quality is good. (4G VoLTE)
4. Good large clear screen
5. Weight is just 151gm, width is just 71mm - this makes holding phone in one hand much easier and painless. (I love light and phones that I can operate with one hands)
6. For my usage battery lasts 1.5 day (1 day 11hrs - see my twitter - tushargok for screenshots)
Cons:
1. Camera - Stock camera not of Nokia quality. (NOTE: Its a software issue not the hardware itself. Same photo from google camera software is as good as pro camera.)
2. Battery - If you are a gamer or watch movies on phone then you may find battery insufficient.
3. The recent software update has removed notch hide option (If you dont like notch, but option may come back again in next updates)

I dont understand this , in Germany , mediamarkt and saturn , the nokia 7.1 is in the stores , u can buy it right now , but the 6.1plus is nowhere to be found . Same with the 5.1 plus . Dafuq is this ?!=

Really bad product segmentation. 5.1 Plus having faster Helio P60 than this? Smaller notch already on point, but this? Seems like Nokia's confused with their own product lineup.

I have a problem that I can't see video in full screen..Any suggestions please..I have installed MX player but I have to zoom for it and some part of video is cut after zooming..

It's a nice looking phone with a great back glass finish but phone is tooooo small wrt screen so make sure before purchasing this device..

hi guys, will the version sold in india be able to receive it's monthly updates if its intended use is in another country?
do nokia have region locks like other manufacturers or are the models the same through out the world besides china off course?
