Over all everything is best but one thing it doesnot support is PHONE CALL RECORDING. its very important feature but its lacking in nokia 6.1 plus. It must be added in next update.

I don't understand what Nokia is upto, After the return of Nokia, never in my past have I received services without paying cash even when it falls under all sort of fake warranties....its the 16th day after i received this phone, had no issues till yesterday... suddenly the glass screen reflected a crack, which is a manufacturing defect which arose out of nowhere, As per Nokia's high claims this Glass is supposed to be Gorilla glass 3...I think Nokia is fooling people...they have hired executives who don't even have a human brain to listen and understand, i don't understand how they justify their salary, why this product's physical damage should be entertained!
There is no dent, no physical harm caused to the phone which can be detected if Nokia can afford to have that machinery....
The resolution that the staff at Nokia service centre has is just to quote their price which is 6k for a 16k phone which hardly lasted for 16 days ....
Great Nokia!!! Excellent comeback...Stop fooling people and if you feel products can have a defect may be in the hardware that was used...get in touch...however this is my second instance the first one was with my current phone 7plus.

I got my Nokia 6.1 plus last week in India Chennai.. I m hearing noises when I m using earphones for call.. the other person is not able to hear me.. They are hearing all the noises except mine.. but without earphones calls are fine.. is anyone else facing the same problem?.. is it software issue.. I tried using other earphones also it's the same..

I bought Nokia 6.1 plus, four days back.
Pro - Good call quality.
Con - Touch becomes unresponsive, intermittently. Now found that most of the users are facing this issue, for which no solution is yet available from Nokia.

Nobody is going around bending their phone in and out. Burning the screen, scratching with sharp tools etc. It's only meant for entertainment and to cater views on YouTube. What I meant by fragile is because of it's glass back. If you drop then there's probability of breaking front or back. Don't even start chinese thingy. Everybody knows almost every phone are made in China and that includes nokia as well. If you don't believe me then look up teardown of it's components, there are chinese words written on the back and that's not surprising especially the most expensive phone is also made in china i.e. iphone. Xiaomi phones are quite durable if you use it like a sane person. I still have mi5 from back then and it's going great till date. Never had hardware issue.
