Nokia 6 starts getting Android 7.1.1 update

A new update has started hitting the Nokia 6 smartphone. Weighing in at around 370MB, the update brings Android OS version 7.1.1, latest security patch (for the month of April), as well as some other changes.

The change-log reveals the update enhances power saving as well as background management, and brings along support for 4G/3G dual SIM dual standby. It also updates Nokia USB driver and version of preload application.

No one has to tell you anything. If a sturdy and well supported smartphone doesn't cut it for you, it's fine. You can always take your caps words to another place.

"Generic IPS? I bet you even never hold that, they use Nokia's ClearBlack Display technology..." Do u have ANY PROOF that Foxconn use ClearBlack Display tech for Nokia 6 display? IF Nokia (HMD) itself don't specify the tech used in the display...
