I have this phone. It died after less than 2 years. Nokia care said 3G/UMTS network controller chip is dead. I cant use it anymore with any simcards.

Dear, seems like something not transparent that is being faced by the proximity sensor of ur mobile. Either any screen sheet or something else. Remove it and go on the go.....

whenever theres an incoming call or outgoing call the screen turn black i can see who is calling me until the call is disconnected..what is this problem?what should i do?please help me

you can download skype. though the front camera is not there you can use like a phone when connected to the skype. there are no any noises and very clear.

nokia 700 is a good smart phone, I have used for a few months
but the battery life is too short. please do something about it.
