But personally, i feel 700 is better since though 603 and 700 run on Nokia 8elle FP1 OS the 700 has a higher processor speed of 1.3 ghz when compared to the 1 ghz of 603. You can see the difference when opening apps. And by the design, 700 is way better and is definitely a head turner. Its slim design and the build quality can easily match the looks of a premium high end phone. But the 603 has a bigger display at 3.5" vs 3.2" of 700 which is better for videos, gaming and browsing.

Nokia Belle is a more advanced and updated platform of Symbian^3 OS. It offers better browsing speed and page loads. Since the 3.2" display is a bit of a let down on both the handsets you can also consider nokia 701 which offers a 3.5" display that will be better for browsing.

stark, 23 Sep 2012how to get updated with fp1? I've tried but unable to updat... morei believe u must be well aware of the usual procedures.
1. Key in *#0000# using the dialer and you'll get the firmware information page. Press Options and select 'check for updates'. This will check for any firmware updates available and will prompt you to update.
2. You can also select the 'SW update' option from the menu and search for updates.
3. You can connect your phone to a pc using ovi suite and can update using the ovi suite.
4. Or better still, you can take your phone to the nearest nokia care centre and request them to update it.

application freak, 19 Sep 2012please how is the battery backup of this phone can i use fo... moresure, with normal usage the 700 easily lasts for 2 days because of the light symbian OS and excellent power management.

mp, 18 Sep 2012pls. Can i do video call on this phone?yes, you can make video calls using the rear camera. The drawback is you won't be able to view the display when making a video call since the display will be turned away from you. But sure you can an occassional glance. Better still, you can change the settings so that an image will be displayed on the phone on the other side and you can view the video from the other side on yours.
