My phone is now working well with the Indian variant of software update....People should avoid hard reset of phone as it deletes store, video/photo editors etc, which can be restored only by reinstall of software at Nokia Care.
The phone is very good but we must not tamper with it a lot.

I replaced my battery at nokia care...but today I saw that it is only 1200mah. It is still BL5K.
What is original battry? Is it 1300 or 1200 that comes with mobile..I had not checked it earlier.

Wonderful Audio Communication. The best radio signal handling. It is a professional device with enjoyable quality. Open to all platforms (google, yahoo, facebook, msn ...). I prefer it to galaxy or others the same level.

I agree that a battery should be 1500 mwh like in Nokia E6.
The good thing is my figures are with 3 email acccounts syncing every 30 minutes and weather widget on and some other on my 3 home screens. The battery is small and a spare battery is easy to switch on the fly when you dont have the time recharge it. a spare battery is easy to buy for a low cost of euro 150. That is a good solution for power users that stream a lot out on the field. I hate non removable batteries so 701 is perfect actually anyway.
The strange thing is that the battery is the same as in C7 but that battery is 1200 mwh.

Hello every one, actually i want to know if the nokia 701 takes good pictures. And does it record 30 days of receive, dialled, missed and internet connection like the nokia n70, n80 or 5800, i know that symbian OS PHONE do have it but i don't know if symbian belle have it or not. It's good to have function like this because if your girlfriend or boyfriend deleted any number from the dial list, it will remain in the log folder untill you delete it all at once..

justin, 20 Apr 2012do u know how much time time the head office guys take to r... moreyep it takes 7 r more days if it goes for HO, it includes travel time and like us der will be more mobiles from different places, sum times de local nokia care guys won't av much knowledge in servicing the major problems in tat case it has to reach HO. if de problem is not able to serviced they av to give new mobile of same model not any other model. but none of them is sure is nokia giving a new mobile r a serviced mobile with a polished look of new mobile.

Than... more701 does not have a doc. editor. But the lateest full version with editing features is available at nokoiavnn.com.
And it is signed so you need not hack your phonne.

living in portharcourt nigeria. Updated my nokia 701 to nokia belle fp1 3 days ago. And it failed to reboot. Now nokia care in portharcourt sent it to lagos for repairs! Don't know what to do!
