sattu, 02 Apr 2012thankyou for replay but one more question is there that my ... moreThe phone comes with a screen-guard scratches would be coming over it. Gorilla glass ,if it really exists, would be once the guard is removed..but so far no user has confirmed it.
The nokia site shows it but the gorilla glass does not show it .
I had an email querry with nokia and the reply said that 701 doea not have gorilla glass.

My phone now heats up. This problem was not in the beginning. I had bought my phone on 4th January. Are u also facing the same problem?

sattu, 01 Apr 2012my nokia701 is little bit slugish the ui isn't that fast th... moredear u have the worlds brightest phone.now a days no phone have the battery for more then 1 or two days.it's not an issue.2nd ur phone have a sensor which senses when u go out or come under light.it become brighter and sharper.it use the same battery when its dim.so these r not probs.u have a very nice phone in ur hands.and be ready b'coz nokia is coming with am leatest os update for ur phone called CERLA.it's a wonderfull news for 701,700,and 603 users.

what do you think is much better? nokia 701 or samsung galaxy w .. i'm going to buy next month,and i find it hard to choose thanks in advance!

my nokia701 is little bit slugish the ui isn't that fast the bettery life is also poor and sometime during installation it shows sys error the display is also become bright and dim is this common or not if not than please tell me solution .

it is an amazing phone. nokia belle is awesome. i am waiting for belle fp1 that will enhance the processor speed 1gh to 1.3gh and overall performance & UI.

Me not a die hard fan of nokia. but on all practicality 701with good cpu n ram, is good for browsing. ovi lacks the market of android, but its not a big deal. android phones always runs the internet, u can force stop it, but its unstoppable. this makes battery sinks. androids with 512 RAM & 1500 mah battery is below average. android is good but symbian is no poor.

Very good phone, everything is smooth, great screen, well built and seems resistant to scratches. Found a few bugs or occasional restarts but I upgraded the offending applications. Plenty of applications on the Ovi Store for business and day to day use. I like it. Also Qt SDK seems easy enough to use if you plan to develop applications.
