babavyrus, 26 Sep 2011dis phone is very gud bt a lil bit bad without divx and xvi... moreWhat makes you think it cant play xvid? It has WMV 9, which is same is my E6, i.e. can play xvid, avi, wmv, some mkv. It also has Real Video 10, means can play rmvb files, but most probably with lagging.

the main problem is that scratch resistant screen are not available according to its size/fitting...
while switching on for fist time u will C the screen flickering and as stated by nokia personnel, thatz normal startup process....

It is going to be a superb experience with this kind of UI, for me everything is perfect and up to my expectation but, the BIG QUESTION is DOES NOKIA STILL WANT TO SUPPORT SYMBIAN? Is there going to be a new update for symbian later on? Is it new apps going to come in everyday? Is it nokia developer want to stick with symbian? Can someone answer me please, I hope the answer is all 'yes' but don't dysphemism. If 'no' just say it and straight to the point. What the hell is nokia thinking these days? I'm really really confused...

browser is really fast and games..man .. its simply superb...bt if ur using the browser then pls activate 3g coz the with normal 2g ur phone aint worth it !!

I really like this phone. I really do but, symbian is dying. Is there still a hope for symbian? Does nokia going to support symbian back since belle is here? Or should i wait for wp7? Or drastically, move to android's... I'm nokia's loyal customer for 15 years. I never thought the day will come that I ever question my loyalty to nokia but, it is happening right now. To me, symbian is like a soul to nokia - the body. To separate it means, death.

Nokia 701 is a very good phone ,but 1300 mAh battery needs upgrading to atleast 1500 mAh+,even Galaxy S2 battery has already upgraded to 2000mAh .
.....remember pure touchscreens smart phone is in the 4 inches+ screen generation now and You cannot deny it.
