i updated my 701 to fp2 just last november but i am so embarrased when the option for the front camera was gone! can anybody tell me how to restore it? just contact me at jhun071382@gmail.com. tnx!

In 2016 phones will be so differend as today. Buy a phone to use it for max 2-3 years, don't you? We are talking about phones here, not Rolls Royce :)

i know dat nokia 701 lacks autofocus..but dudes believe me it is built with 2nd generation EDOF lens that's quire impressive imaging compared to dat of c7's generation(1st gen EDOF) though EDOF'S(Extended Depth of Field) lens are continous focused they are pretty good for shooting regular images and videos...check out this link

Overall it's a great device with 1.3 GHz processor nd 512 mb ram and a great G.P.U that's capable of playin games like The Adventures of Tin Tin &Asphalt 6 Adrenaline HD.....has NFC,nd a great feature that many mobiles lack -FM transmitter(drives any loud speaker with great audio quality)usb on the go...and many features...the only drawback is that nobody cares to support symbian...no good games releasing these days(I hope asphalt 7 heat HD comes to nokia 701)...The one thing i will say for sure is this is freakin awesome device with great features and amazing look with a not bad 2nd gen EDOF 8mp camera and great feel when one holds,great build quality....I've been using this device from 12 mnts...it's a great device for this price range

sachingharat87 , 13 Dec 2012really fp2 not fully supported. in fp2 secondary camera not... morei no tha ftp1 i upgret to ftp2 i have no problam in my 701......701 os is = to 700 os is this a sam os ....but fuchers is not sem....i this 701,and 700 is a goood phones

really fp2 not fully supported. in fp2 secondary camera not open
mark file or sending option not avalible in gallery also photo editor
and video editor not avalible in os...then why nokia is launch this
type os....

Yes sure Nokia wants us togo for Lumia. i believe future Lumia will be a better phone as ppl starts to accept Lumia 920 and Lumia 820.

ashpq, 11 Dec 2012its a great phone. The latest fp2 update has some problems.... moreI did a factury reset last weekend en now battery lasts longer and the email slowdown dissappeared.

its a great phone. The latest fp2 update has some problems. I hope nokia wil resolve it soon. No autofocus for camera was a minus, but great touch, good processing and speed.
