I am really very satisfied with my 701 after updating to fp2.My phone has become butter smooth and stable.
@Rishi It was very hard find for me too... But keep trying... I am sure there must a stock somewhere... Try this site-" www.mysmartprice.com " they have lot of online shopping options.
But don't become very desperate because they might have defected items... So confirm whether they have sealed phone or not...
You can also contact someone who is trying to sell...there is no defective item.. It is just you don't know how to solve that problem.

Where can i find this fone in india? nokia dealers say this fone has been discontinued no longer being sold.
Other online shopping websites also show it out of stock...
I really liked its reviews n specs in my budget....

my phone is too bad and i have showm two many times to customer service but no responce was there ..i want to exchange my set i m very angry with nokia company and no responce u give to the customer contact me 08447110676 plzz bczz i am trying fro jan that i should reached u but no responce is coming from u ...my phone hang 2 much ..wile seing video the phone gets swithed off and i went to the shop from where i buyed they said me that we cant do anything ...i will take serious action

Which one is batter Nokia 701 or samsung wave 3 ?
And which one is batter in processor,GPU,HD games, useful application, camera quality ??
Plzzzz guys help me..and Plzzzz explain it in detail

Shish, 23 Oct 2012Dear all, I am also using Nokia 701, I updated my phone yes... more@Shish. In this update, i guess that they forgot to include the option of using front camera, probably they will have to fix that one later though it works for video calls. About the use of Skype Video, you should note that the skype that is designed for this phone doesn't support video yet.
About the settings of the Camera: This new camera actually has more settings than the old one and it requires exploration. It is more COMPLEX but better than the Old one in functions as you will realise with time. The menu is not like the one for the Old Camera, to access the menu for this camera,
-You have to tap the the GREY oval at the Top of the screen in the centre where you see, C1/C2/C3 and the MP quality. From there, you will discover the beauty of this camera, you have more settings with it than the previous one.

But i want to know which one is batter processor technology..
1.3 GHz ARM 11 or 1 GHz cortex A8

Even the update that came out today 23rd Oct, 2012 does not. I got the email of the Skype 2.1.23 update that is available on Nokia Store.
