this is awesome phone. It gives a lot of fetures in low prise. We should understand that galaxy s2 to is more expensive than it. So don't compare with that.

man, 13 Sep 2012you thatz using it what problems have found on it and with ... moremy battery back up is ok...charging every alternate day..
i follow the battery saving tips found on the internet.
i always charging in the "power saving mode" and the batt monitor 3.0 apps shows that its going on slow charging.. (slow charging is better my charging time is always 2hours plus....in fast charging mode its its less than 2 hours)
not overheating... cos i did'nt overload the processors...always avoid unnessary multitasking
i always closed all the hidden additional process too.
i'm not crazy about themes. and i avoid using/downloading theme with sizes of more than 1mb. they slows the phone, eats lot of batt.
my available ram is always above 270mb..
hmmmm... i still got my 5800xm running on 128mb ram
seldom restarts seldom freezing. 3yr old original batt running until today and per charging batt last about 40hrs...30hrs if i on games ocassionally.
nokia and i are still ok...

thats why you must buy a phone not becos you have the money but becos you nned to know the functionality and it worthiness to you...
the problem having too much money is you start to buy without thinking.. after you complete your purhase and start to use your device you feel bad cos it dont fit your needs well... but too bad at that point you dont have much money money as before ..Now you end up with so call problematic piece of junk for somethime...
SOOOOOOOOOO you start complaining and bad mouthing.... ha aha haha

i had that this fone is waste of money . Because am sooo confuse of buying phone since nokia choose to transfer all symbian phone to touch screen .and heard it heat and battery .backup is low too i think nokia is dead already ..........;;.

Don't go for nokia 701 it is just the waste of money.
You will regret afterwards as nobody is going to buy this crap phone even at half of the price.

It will b great if Nokia gets back to Symbian again. Symbian is able to do same like android with just 1Ghz processors and 512Mb ram. But des android guys use more than what Symbian is using. Symbian has more flexibility than other OS...i dunno y Mr.Elop is targeting to close Symbian.If Nokia has to come up in just few months just like that it is surely possible only with the help of Symbian, QT , Meego. If Nokia realise this its never late.
