I need to reset my 701 and get it to a phase as brand new.. It runs FP2 and if I hard reset it, will it go back to FP1? Or will it only delete the photos, contacts, etc..? Please advise me on this. Thnx in advance.

Reset in the sense, Deleting photos, contacts, games, and bringing the phone to the brand new phase..

Guyz i juz updated my nokia 701 to the newest version of fp2.
custom version - 113.010.1506.
All Works Fine and SuperB.. but video call is not supporting.. No video call, also no skype video calling.. can i fix that problem plzz??? can any1 help me??

nokia's aim to sale their new products

HI friends. My Nokia 701 not connecting with Nokia Suite since last one month though phone actually connects with my PC through USB. Tried bluetooth connectivity and reinstallation of Nokia suite also but to no avail. Can anyone help please.

My done is still restoring settings frm mid September it's a nokia 701 very worried guys. I have failed to even swich it on.....please help

Regarding call reception problem maybe the "Mute" button was unintentionally pushed. Or go to Nokia customer care or repair center to be checked.
