how come my 7210 can't receive files via infrared from other cell phones.... specifically from a nokia 7650.

You lot can thank me later for this info....Carphone warehouse have handset only stock of this phone. Its limited and you need to shell out £350!!! If any of you are mad enough go for it. Personally ive changed my mind as i'm going to wait for a nice little clam shell panasonic or sharp hanset. enjoy

who told you guys that this phone has an add on camera!there is no camera for 7210 neither the 6610!nokia at least for now hasn´t produced a camera as an add on accesssory!

Had this phone for a week. 2 big complain
1. Power button - almost impossible to activate without fingernails.
2. Headset connector (aka pop-port) too bulky, gets in the way when pressing the button with my thumb and also, it comes off easily.

Recently bought a 7210 (had 6310i). I am so disappointed. Its a neat size but simply does not measure up. Screen is not as good as T68, call quality is poor and it is very tinny. There are no data cables and no software. All in all a poor second to the T68i

I'm lucky to get my hands on my own Nokia 7210. Its pretty well designed, and I liked its features so much. Nokia 7210 comes with its hands free head phones and a charger in the package. it doesn't come with any CD .. you may download the PC Suite 5.0 software from www.nokia.com.

Once again, Nokia released an inferior product with the only purpose of trying to look good and nothing else. It's color screen is nowhere compared to Samsung's T-100 (in other words, it's dull and contains shadows). It's multimedia file management is nowhere compared to Ericsson's T68 (in other words, you cannot transfer files via IR). It's keypads is 100% gaming-unfriendly (in other words, I keep pressing wrong keys during play). On top of all these, the battery and accessories are incompatible with all existing Nokia phones. The only reason I would want to get it is that I want to look different (then again, everyone will be getting his hands on it, so where art thou different?)

That is so not true,with 7210 you get Nokia PC suite 5.0,and compatible PC serial cable

As far as i know the phone comes with no cables or PC software. If you want PC software then go for the 6610.

i learned this phone's prİze in turkey.it costs 630$ and no warranty.i think it is very expensive now...it might be cheaper..
