Nokia 7280 or SE S700? They are about the same price, please give some advice.
(would also consider similar models but definitely not the V3, motorola or samsung)

Had a chance to play with it.. Believe me, SMS or email is a pain.. No keypad .. U have to scroll letter by letter.. Screen sooo small .. Just a expensive toy, not a decent phone

yeah, totally agree. also people buying this phone probably has another spare phone with a keypad. I rather have somebody call my phone first and then save into memory. Saves time , saves work, cheers

this phone is shit firstly it takes ages 2 insert numbers secondly da screens a smal as a pinhead (so da cameras shit aswel) and thirdly al it is is a mp3 playa!

Honestly, i prefer my phone with buttons.
When i had a cold, i couldent even use my own phone because my voice-activation was redjecting me as i sounded to different.
I loooove the look but when it comes ro reliability and use, ***GO THE BUTTONS!!!***

hmm another flop by nokia n selling at $869 at s,pore n what fashion does this phone have n only difficult to use n may come out as next james bond movie n using it as deadly lipstick phone n i call it nokia kiss of death

Clarify this for me... does the 7280 really play MP3's and AAC format files...because the logistics on the nokia website doesn't mention it at all?

its a good buy if u gonna use is as a secondary mobile phone. The texting is not as impossible as some of you said, it has T9 dictionary anyway. V3 is not that great though, what can u do with 5mb? when 7280 offers 50mb?

GUYS..DO NOT BUY IT.
Had a chance to have some hands on practice on this magic stick. But believe me. Its really difficult to use it. Good for ppl who do not dial too many numbers and do not write too many sms.
Writting an sms takes long time. Just to write " HELLO" you have to scroll all the alphabets starting from A to select H and then till O to select O.
Only looks good on your desk.
Good tool to turn a girl on ;)
