i have just got the nokia 7390 in pink/white & i love it, its much nicer than the pictures, i had a sony ericsson z610i in pink but found it scratches easy even though i always look after my mobiles, it only rings for 20 seconds max as nokias can ring for 30 seconds max, on the display of the z610i once the message has gone from front screen you can re lite but it will only say message or call will not tell you who from. the 7390 has a photo phone book, the sound quality is good compared to the nokia 6131 which was very tiney when i had that fone, it does have caller id on the front display when you recieve a message or call, the camera is a 3 meg pixels with autofocus but the z610i is only a 2 meg pixel, i will say that the z610i battery lasted about 3 days im not sure on this yet cause still charging fully & running out to get the best from it, i personally think the 7390 is a much better phone for just a fraction more money.

I'm debating on rather getting this phone or a Sony Ericsson Z610. They both look nice but I think the nokia 7390 look more artsy, creative, and more fashionable (not that design is really that important) so I'm kinda leaning towards that. But before I drop $300+ on a phone and end up being disappointed with it.. I have a few concern about the specification....
- How is the call quality?
- Does it have external caller id?
- Is there a customized photo id? Assigned ringtones?
- Does it accept SIM cards?
I'm sure there is more questions but anyone who experience with this phone, please do tell me your opinion on it! I really appreciate it! Thanks! :)

al!!!!!!!!!!can't you read, it says on a few answers down that you can buy from ebay, mphones, phones2udirect & some of the other websites here in england, they are sim free so will work on any network!!!!!!!!thats how i got mine & i live in england, i paid £246.98 on ebay with p & p for mine!!!!

Hi there,
I'm using W550 now. Thot of switching to 7390 though. But afraid that 7390's colour and sound not as good as SE's phone.
Can someone please let me know whether Nokia has improved on those 2 areas??

The mp3 plays WMA files.
I want to ask if anyone is having the same problem as me. When i take pictures, occasionally after the photo is taken, it will say "Cannot display picture" or something like that. I only got this phone for approx. 2 weeks.

i have this phone since xmas and its great the music function with the key on the outside screen is great. easy to use like all nokia phones and very trendy love it

I've had this phone for about 10 days now and I don't have many complaints. I got it in Canada for $480 (I've seen it for $433 but it has to be ordered in). It took me awhile to use the camera with the phone closed because you need to click once to focus but push the button even harder to take the picture. Also, the battery life is not that great as it lasts about 3 days for me with regular use. Other than that, it's a very stylish phone, with lots of customization available.

I bought this phone earlier today and the pictures are coming out an odd colour like more yellow than usual. Is anyone else having this problem or do you know a way of changing it?

I was also wondering if I should get the nokia 7390 or K800i...There are a lot of things to think about though. For istance, nokia is more a girl phone, but still I love the black one, it´s really stylish and to be honest it´s 2007 people..
The camere is bette on K800i, so is the screen.
But my brother has a K800i and it´s really boring design, and the buttons are not so comfy at all as the nokia.
So all in all, afther a goood while of thinking I´m going for the Nokia 7390 even if I have a SE right now (an old one though..)

Can you see your recorded video with full screen ?
