you can put the fone on silent mode by pressing sharp sign for about 2 seconds..

Hi you mean answer phone calls in loudspeaker mode? If yes, 7390 can answer phone calls in loudspeaker mode but only in flip open mode..

Got the phone abt 2 wks ago. Was on off for only S$200/- therefore got it without much info or advice. So for u guy out there some info for u. Music is loud & stereo (anyone who find their phone music too soft just amp it up with music software before putting to yor phone) pictures good enough (refer to phone spec the screen is higher the 256K) other functions & response seem normal after two weeks, battery life like all nokia phone sucks, this is my first nokia phone so as to others you guys know better. One setback, the sim & micro SD card are in the battery compartment, so swapping memory card sucks. other than this, I find the phone really well built, feels good in the hand, colours & design are top notch. Girls would love the pink version, guy and girls who are more rugged would like the bronze version (I got the bronze). Also the back of the phone where u see the coloured patch, it actually made of materials like leather and it doesn't slip. If the price is like in my country don't read further after this get it straight away like me, all the uptodates function and features for peanuts, don't like it give it to your young ones they would love you forever. By the way u nokia guys, can anyone tell me if nokia has a reminder tone for missed call and messages and can the attachment be stored independantly in the memory card. Thanks. but i test both ..phone n is it 256 bit rate
but the ...sound of n73 ..is not so clear ...

bought this a few days ago. The video quality is up to VGA with 15 frames per second. Playback on a PC is fine, but playback on the 7390 itself is choppy on the main screen and at times freezes on the min screen. Brought the phone to Nokia care and they 'fixed' it but the problem persists. This choppy video playback does not happen with the 6233 (which a firend has), videos taken with my 7390 play back smoothly on my friend's 6233.

For my case when I long press the key with silent logo, it switches to line 2 and also silent mode. Long press again it switch back to line 1 and general mode...

Hi, does anyone who has this phone know how to put it in silent mode without going to profiles? There is a key with the silent logo on but I press it and it just switches to line 2 not to silent? Thanks.

I can't specifically answer your question as I don't have my phone yet but this is not Nokia's first 3g phone. They have several N series phones that are 3g and the 6280 is a series 40 one too. I'm sure there are more but I'm too tired to think :)

I asked a man in Southport Vodaphone shop when the nokia 7390 was comin out an he said the 6th December. Are there any faults on this fone? I don't want to get the fone for xmas only to have to rturn it afterwards. This is exactly what happened with my nokia 3410. I think ther may b faults because this fone is nokia's 1st 3G fone. please help me xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

when u change themes ah, do the ringtone and sms tone get reset too? Also, when store ringtones in the mem card, after taking it out and put back the phone, does the phone still recognize the ringtones location?
