Well my nokia 7.2 sometimes freezing while gaming.. the only solution is.. play while charging and no issue.. so something wrong with the hardware

I had bought nokia 7.2 three months ago..if i sum up in a few points for future buyer i would say
Pros
best phone for updates
Hardware quality is good
Good speaker
Decent camera
Decent rom and ram
Dedicated google talk button
Cons
Had hang issue while closing application ( better to do factory reset after every 2 months)
No indigenous virus scanner as given by Samsung and huawei
Bit slow due to underpowered chip set snp 660
Atleast at this price all other companies are giving 712 and nokia put 660 in 7.2
Storage is emmc 5.1 should had given ufs 2.1 at this price.

Phones runs smooth, camera great ( I use gcam anyway), sound is good ( not the loudest) feels like a premium. The only downside I can say is the battery capacity. If you are a heavy gamer , you won't enjoy it but for normal everyday use it's great. Better than I expected.
I don't know if maybe you bought the clone version ( if there are any ). Patiently waiting for the 7.3 to switch.

All of a sudden the phone screen started behaving erratic and I could not use the touch on the right side of the screen. I took the phone to the store I bought it from and they told me that they will have to send it to the service centre to know what went wrong. Probably I might be an unlucky customer, but as far as I am concerned I have lost faith in Nokia product (I was a Nokia fan in the late 90's and early 2000's!). Now my faith in Samsung is strong as I had 4 Mobile phones till now from 2010 Till date and did not have any issues with any of those other than the OS becoming obsolete.

Yeah, they might not be for everyone's taste but glassbacks somehow are tough as premium, and let's face it, that mate finished glass is gougeus. 7.2 tough it is not the successor of 7 plus, 7 plus sadly never got one. Well, at least till this days.

How can you keep making every "7.X" phone worse than the 7 Plus? All I wanted was an aluminum phone with a better camera and no gaudy copper. Why would you ruin it with glass back and smaller battery? I know people that don't anything about anything think glass is premium but those of us with brains think it's dumb. Please stop doing it! Even if it is what sells your phone you have many other models, you don't need a glass back on all of them!

After the latest u... moreYes, I have noticed this issue on my Nokia 7.1 specially after the last update to Android 10.
It was working fine before and I thought the battery went bad .
It drains so fast besides takes more to charge and longer to power up.

So stop pointing at one name like Nokia or Samsung etc. It’s not their problem that Android is a failed operating system . Very rarely it can happen that hardware is failing too but that counts less than total number of issues reported across the Android operating system.

Soo far good experience only issue i found was it started hanging alot and screen freezes but i did factory reset then it was ok again like new... So i would suggest to reset this phone after every 2 to 3 months to clean any bug or malware came in to the software.

Don't buy Nokia 7.2...it is the worst mobile that I ever used. I was a person who love Nokia... actually I loved very much...I bought my Nokia 7.2 three months ago..1 st month it worked well. Then I got the Android 10 update...what the hell...it was a nightmare update...now I face many issues like call receiver can't hear my voice suddenly, not hearing both ear buds , torch not working sometimes , battery drain fast sometimes , cannot take whatsapp calls or whatsapp voice records sometimes...all the time I face this issues I have to restart my phone..what the heck I mean ? imagine you start your phone between an important phone call...
Hate you Nokia !
you still didn't give any solution for these problems !
I will change this shit so soon.
If you want your customers fix these problems
and there are many people who own 7.2 face these issue.
hate you ! I did everything to solve these issues. even I posted your community..no reply or solution so far...
so whoever reading this comment think more than 1000 times before you buy

Anybody else facing the charging issue?
After the latest update the phone is showing charging issues like battery gets stuck and don't charge even for hours unless you remove and put the cable in again or turn on off switch few times... first I thought it was a hardware problem maybe the charger or port issue but it's not.
Also phone takes ages when restarted or turned on after powering off and it get's fine if you do it twice... don't know the issue but it sucks :/

It's not a good cell phone.
It's lcd yellow spot on right corner of selficam

Please fix touch screen unresponsive. After it update to android 10 I can't play games any more so much lagging the touch screen is unresponsive. :( :( :(
