micky, 23 Nov 2019yeah and with bugs for stealing info important stuff that's... moreListen baby boy some of the reasons why Chinese phones can be cheap are because they don't have to pay additional fees to install a well-known brand on their cellphones or camera lenses. several other things such as cheap labor, online sales and advertising make them able to reduce the price of their cellphones very significantly.
Like i said before if you don't like about the ads and bloatware in some of Chinese phones they also offers Android One device with clean and stock UI that can't be altered by the companies that make the phones.
My first phone was Nokia 3220 which my parents bought when i was in high school a year later i bought a Motorola ROKR E1 that i bought with my own money that i got after winning a martial arts competition but it was stolen about 3 weeks later and then bought a used Nokia N-Gage and SE K750i.
The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic was my first experience using a touch screen and the last Nokia phone i used was Nokia E6, then i use Sony phones until Xperia Z2.
Xiaomi Mi 4C was the first Chinese phone that i used because at that time my friend sold it at a very cheap price and even though i had to manually install the Google Play Store i finally realized that Chinese phones are no longer just clone phones with poor specifications and features(I know this because my friend used to use a Nokia N97 clone).
Although i have many memories with Nokia phones but i don't have a blind love towards any brand that's why Listen baby boy some of the reasons why Chinese cell phones can be cheap are because they don't have to pay additional fees to install a well-known brand on their cellphones or camera lenses. several other things such as cheap labor, online sales and advertising make them able to reduce the price

Anonymous, 23 Nov 2019Kid those scientific review which you are talking about is ... moreAre talking about this video?
https://youtu.be/8n0-4NsV6u4
It seems you don't understand what is meant by the scientific method, because the video is just rambling about how he takes photos in raw and processes them as he wishes.
If you have decent photography skills and take photos in raw then process according to what you think is good you can get great looking photos with any phone that can shoot raw.
And if you look at the video description you will find this statement "This video was made in collaboration with Nokia Mobile" so the video is nothing more than an attempt by Nokia to market their phones.

micky, 23 Nov 2019yeah and with bugs for stealing info important stuff that's... moreYes bro these chinese phones users will never understand.
Even xiaomi phone users show unwanted ads LOL we have buy a phone and that is our property but Xiaomi phone users will continue to support their ads to make them money and we feel guilty in front of other person's when the unwanted ads popup on their default apps and this is the same situation of my friend who have realized his mistake now.
Nokia phones are few bucks more but great experience is all that matters.
Nokia phones have quality like Zeiss Optics, Amoled like experience even on LCD with PureDisplay. I prefer LCD over Amoled because amoled phones are not durable they will continue to show dead pixels on phones few months later.
Nokia have made a 5 camera phone that works simultaneously to capture a great details and dynamic range even with 12MP camera and on the past no dual camera phone have worked together.
And what these chinese manufacturers are given us just copying others or adding more specs to cheap phones with awful experience later.
Phone is our's property not Xiaomi. Wake up chinese fans

https://mobile.twitter... moreWhat you show is just a bunch of Nokia fans who can't accept reality, every well-known reviewer has a fairly scientific method, if you don't accept the results of their reviews please make a scientific review that can prove that their reviews are wrong it will be far more better than crying on the internet while most people don't care about your whining.
I think you and your friends should realize that Nokia's glory days have passed but if living in the past is what you want i have no problem with you guys who have a blind love for Nokia but don't try to deny that Chinese brands provide better phones at the similar price or even cheaper.
And if for some reason you hate Chinese brands that provide phones with great specs at affordable prices like Oneplus, Realme or Xiaomi, some other brands like Samsung or even Google would be a better choice than Nokia phones.

Before posting bad reviews for Nokia 9 HMD was asked for funding and they have refused and this is the result.
After getting famous those reviewers starts getting money from brands and DxOMark is still famous on that.
But for you DxO is trusted LOL ROFL
But still you regret to believe then? Search on the internet DxO reviews are fake you will get plenty of search result.
Growup kid this is the business not a charity

A king of paid reviews LoL
Go check their history first you kid
That same company have given less rating to Nokia 808 PureView too and now even after 5 years still current phones cant match with the quality of that phone.
I think you are that person who believes on those paid reviews and satisfy yourself.
Go buy DxO top of the list phone and you will realize what you did ROFL

Anonymous, 16 Nov 2019Please can you elaborate what others you are referencing fo... moreThe only good reviews are from the die hard Nokia fanboys that you called "user" and mostly from India, but even well known reviewers from India are giving mediocre ratings for Nokia phones.
So you want to bring your beloved Nokia 9 on conversation about Nokia 7.2? Okay fine here you go!!
https://www.dxomark.com/nokia-9-pureview-camera-review/
Your beloved Nokia 9 is suck, you can continue to express your blind love for Nokia, but as long as you are unable to show reviews with scientific methods that can prove the reviews of well known reviewers wrong, no one will take anything seriously what you say about your beloved brand except another die hard nokia fanboys.

carol, 19 Nov 2019i am pretty sure the camera in the "teardrop" will not fit ... moreIdk what that other guy was trying to say for sure, but I think he means it's bad that there's both a notch and a big bottom bezel. And to reply to what you said, yes it's easily possible to fit a camera in a tiny bezel. Meizu hits a much higher screen to body ratio without a notch/pop up camera/slider/no front camera, just a camera in the bezel. Companies like Nokia got lazy and decided to not innovate and just take shortcuts.

--voltaire9, 18 Nov 2019Bezel PLUS teardropI am amazed they have not tried to make a Motorola RAZR competitor, do not have the money? Well make a cheaper competitor? Why not make a Android Flipy with a actual T9 and a not fold-able screen? If Moto Razr gets customers thanks to Nostalgia then Nokia sure could to? :<

Hilmawan, 16 Nov 2019If you look at reviews from well-known reviewers, most of t... moreYeah, while the most well known reviewers are not decently prepared to make a review (technicaly avarage) and do them best for the highest bidder, so let's stop confusing the money making joe with a reviewer. To find some real reviewers is not that hard, but for sure, not that easy in youtube as they all post for the subscription and not to actually review a device. Reviews like that i can release 2 per week, and that is only because one hast to work on the video afterwords.
