I work in the field, i kinda of know... most probably more then any here. But i feel more safe to know hmd is trying to track me... who wants to improve their products via updates and future releases and not xiaomi, who wants to recover it's lost money selling your data. Not that xiaomi is cheap this days... They got up by makeing a lot of money on peoples data and stollen technology, and now they got expensive too. Wow great "Brand" to invest my money into. So the question comes again. Can't you accept there are people that actually have something to say? Not everybody is in "trend" here some actually think...

I don't know but if you like the looks, go for it...
Xiaomi mi a3 is a much more viable option considering the mentioned problems...

If you don't like it, the loss is only for the manufacturer and not you. The amount of money you expend for any product or service depends on your budget. If you fell that you have the money to expend on this device, just go for it.

Luckily nokia's headphone jack sits at the top and not on bottom like others.

If you don't reply or if try to bash me, it directly refers that you don't have a right answer. I am not a fan of any technological advancements. I am neither a fan of Android nor iOS. I just need things to be taken care of whether it is Apple or Google. I appreciate the Good whoever it may be. If there is anything good about Android over iOS, I'd really appreciate and change over. As you have said something good about Android over iOS, I just need to know to enlighten myself so that it would help me in future.
