Using 7.2. Within 1 year found one color patch in it's display.
After that its Power Button not working properly. It's malfunctioning.

Here's my take - Nokia 7.2 for work. 1 year.
Every once in a while the camera poops itself and doesn't save pictures you take despite the screen flashing and animating. This especially happens if you launch the camera from the lock screen. Infuriating.
Fingerprint reader sporadically will not work.
It will not fast charge with any of my other chargers and outright denies any charge from Samsung chargers. I don't know what's going on.
Camera is very so-so.
Otherwise it's just a very cumbersome mid-tier smartphone. I don't actively dislike it but I definitely don't love it either.

Here's my take after a year of using Nokia 7.2. It's a good and dependable midrange phone for everyday use. Facebook, messaging, calling, YouTube etc. I used all these apps without any trouble. I love how minimalist the software design is, however, it had some serious hiccups. The screen kept having seizures on several occasions that at one time, it accidentally shared a Facebook post on its own (perhaps due to the outdated shipset?). But all of those stopped (kind of) when I updated all the apps. The phone is also not designed for sustained gaming. It heats up and the touch won't work after prolonged use, and it's not even a graphically demanding game. The camera generates a fairly decent picture quality (it really depends on the user) but not when you're taking pictures at night. As for the updates, well you already know how sucky their updates are. The design and build quality is topnotch! I don't know what it's made of but I'm confident that I could sit on it all day and it won't make a dent.

I have to say one thing don't get this phone. I have been an nokia user for a long time.
Before the Nokia 7.2 i had the 7plus. I have been greatly disapointed.
The fingerprint scaner is very bad the camera is not that impresive.
I will never buy a nokia phone again.Get something else anything is better for the prise range.
And the bugs are horibble. I had alot of troublle with the fingerprint scaner, it does not work all the time. The screen has yellow spots after 1 year of use the battery cant last a day. I use the phone for calls and viber and e-mails. DONT GET THIS PHONE OR ANY NOKIA.

I'm never buying a Nokia phone again.
The frame cracked from 2 places, the LCD is dying from the top left corner. First a yellow spot and now turning red and purple, probably some polarizing filter malfunction.
I think Nokia 7.2 is made of low quality materials/parts to make it cheaper.
Also, still waiting for android 11. What's the whole point of android one when even older cheaper Xiaomis are getting an upgrade?
New Chinese Nokia is nothing like the old.
I remember my 6500 Slide working like clockwork till I sold it!

I waited for long to get the Nokia 7.2. Was looking to buy the Green color one but finally timed out and bought the black model. The reason for waiting so long was to get a phone camera with Zeiss lens. Due to Zeiss lens, the camera costs about Rs 2000 higher than equivalent models.
My enthusiasm died very quickly. First the phone was getting heated up very fast. Particularly it drained the battery after heating up when I needed the most even after switching off Wifi, Bluetooth and GSM.
Second, many apps hang. Sometimes incoming phone call cannot be picked up due to "Phone" app hanging. Alarm cannot be turned off. WhatsApp cannot be taken easily; you have to get into WA and click to resume as if there was an ongoing call.
Next, the power button stopped working. This hardware problem seems to be prevalent across many users. So pay attention to this issue. I plan to visit the service centre whenever I visit any major city and try to get a replacement for the Power Button problem. Power button simply not working. Pressing the power button does so many things but won't lock the screen nor power off the device. What an irony!

This thread seems to be filled with a lot of complaints about this phone. I have a feel a lot of these are fake because I have this phone and it works flawlessly for me (battery and software updates could be better I guess). I guess defective copies are possible but it's so strange that an overwhelming number of people in this site are complaining about this phone.

Anyhow, me just observing here, usually the Nokia comment sections thsese days are cripplet with cheap didis who consider stolen technology, a faired price one, or they are just paied to bash nokia. But well, an iphlone user's knowlege is more superior, something described only by bionic, retina, neuron, ciclon mologaton sensor tech mega superbit byte with 500 MAh giga smart retina battery bionc cells.
