Anonymous, 28 Apr 2019why do you need to do that? There is a 3.5 mm jack for norm... moreThe reason is its headphone jack has technical issue. The headphone doesn't get plugged properly even the original one. It gets unplugged itself and i have to replug it. I have checked online and learned it is actually manufacturing fault not just my phone. I play pubg and headphones keeps messing up in the game which i really find annoying and want something that can help me play smoothly. i tried type c headphones and dongle as well none of them worked (they were not nokia made btw)

If you want a phone that has low sound. Touch screen issues . Screen freeze and notifications delays then what can I say other than that the slogan is the best bit about this this phone. A phone you can rely on I'm sure there's a joke in there somewhere if that fails try a phone that gets better over time. Yeh right lol

The inbuilt sounds that Nokia supply are ridiculously low. Download a notification sound you can hear and use that instead.

Hello guys, I have my Nokia 7 Plus since yesterday, and the first problem occurred.
When the phone rings it is so loud, but when I receive notifications of any kind (Viber, Whatsapp, SMS) it is so low, almost impossible to hear on the street (even on the max ring volume)

I once had an Apple phone and they took 5 days in changing the battery of my device... I didn't got mad for that because I knew the terms and conditions of the warranty. Do not do tantrums of nothing.

Anonymous, 06 May 2019"I bought my nokia 7 plus in july 2018. I was very happy wi... moreI feel sorry for what happened to your phone but unfortunately it is a story that is repeated again and again.
You call Nokia 'a brand that you can trust' but that reputation is a left over from when it WAS a reputable company. Microsoft purchased Nokia in 2013 and ran it into the ground by installing their Windows OS on their products and that was a complete failure amongst users. When the Nokia shares were almost worthless MS kept all the Nokia patents and sold what was left to a company HMD. Unfortunately, the new owners seem to lack the engineers, research, and most important of all, Quality Control to test their products thoroughly before releasing them. If they had a decent QC then all the faults with this model would have been found.

"I bought my nokia 7 plus in july 2018. I was very happy with it till last month - awesome looks, great camera and offcourse a brand you trust.
Last month my happy journey with Nokia became bumpy. It started developing charging issues and wouldnt connect to my laptop for transfering files. I understand electronic gadgets can get spoilt, but NOKIA SUCKS IN ITS AFTER SALES SERVICE.
I gave the handset for repair to authorized service centre ON 2ND MAY MORNING, WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE SPARE PART. today is 6th may evening - and they are still waiting..When I called the customer care number today (6th May) I was told I will get my handset in 24-48 hours from today (that is 4 days after I gave it for repair)!!!
My question is _
In today's world Nokia expects its customers to wait for repair of a smartphone under warranty for almost 6 days!! Can we survive without a smart phone for 6 days??? Or do they want me to purchase another handset?
We trust a big brand like Nokia, they are aggressively selling newer handsets but fail to provide service or even spare parts for the models that they are still selling in stores!!! They should clearly mention - buy but don't expect prompt after sales service or buy at least 2 handsets if you buy a NOKIA coz if it gets spoilt we will take our sweet time to repair it.
Please dont buy NOKIA, a total let down.

Been 4 days already in the service centre and I am told another 24 -48 hours for spare parts to arrive. My mob is still under warrenty. I am very disillusioned with the after sales service of NOKIA. I understand electronic gadgets can get spoilt, but NOKIA SUCKS IN ITS AFTER SALES SERVICE.

Charging connector (USB-C) on the phone is loose, so it is not charging every time you connect it to power. I was reading that it is an issue with this series. All other things are very good and the phone gets noticed in the crowd, not like most of other phones.

The problem you are talking about only occurred in one batch of the Chinese variant that was sent to Norway by mistake. If you live anywhere else in the world and your security level is dated 1st February or later then you have nothing to worry about. Stop being so paranoid.

Learn ALL the facts first...
https://www.nokia.... moreRegarding on the link you send it shows that my device is not updated my build number is still 00WW_51F_SP01. My system is up to date. when or where can i get this update?
__________
If you want to confirm your device is up to date, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > System > About Phone > Scroll down to “Build Number”
If your phone shows “00WW_3_39B_SP03” or “00WW_3_22C_SP05” as the “Build number”, you have already installed the fix on your Nokia 7 Plus.
If your phone is not showing either of the above, don’t worry, you can always request the latest approved build by following these steps:
Go to “Settings” > “System” > “Advanced” > “System Update” > “Check for Update”
