    yo yo gents,,, how good is the screen quality in general? im upgrading from LG G4.

Almost 90% users will be happy with Two years of Guaranteed OS updates & 3 years of Security updates. Most people want stable OS with no random issues. FYI: Nokia has unlocked Nokia 8 recently. Most likely they will unlock 7 plus sometime next year.

This should solve most of the issues. If you are still on 8.1, I would suggest you to sideload Android 9.0 build & update the phone. None of the users(From what I gather) on 9.0 are facing these issues after factory reset.

          Hello Guys ,

          I am facing sever issue in my nokia 7 + ,
          1) whenever i plugged earphone , and remove it , the sound of phone becomes disable .
          2) Whenever i try to clear catch & storage of application , phone freezes .
          3) also , phone screens become blank and wont start untill battery drains .

          please solve this problems or anyone out there who can help .

                  Don't buy this phone if you're expecting aosp fun. The phone is ment for the faint hearted.

                    I have a problem when someone calls me i can not see who's calling me. To answer the call, I have to scroll down and open notification box. The phone is ringing but there is nothing on screen. Anyone know how to fix this issue ?

I was a bit worried updating my phone to October patch would make my Gcam stop working just like the June security patch did. I am using the same MGC port so that's nice to hear it stil works.

                                In box earphones works correctly but the other brand earphones don't work. Most cheap generic earphones won't work with this device. So can anybody tell me the best branded earphones which works with Nokia 7 plus. I like mostly loud and woofer type earphones. Somebody Mention some branded loud and woofer type earphones.

Is it ... moreI just updated my phone and I'm using Tolyan009's gcam mod (MGC_5.3.015_B-S-G-based_v.1.0.15_final_TlnNeun.apk). I haven't experienced any problems so far and the bokeh mode and dynamic range on gcam is far better than HMD's camera app. However, the max image resolution for the front camera on the gcam app is capped at 4MP.
