In order nokia to succeed in smartphones they have to bring back legacy, the heritage of pureview tech lots of beautifull designs, this nokia 8 has same sensor as the nokia 6 ,thats a shame

Sorry I cant trust a company which spits in the face of EU consumers, offering nothing else over other Android makers. Oh almost forget, its the magical Nokia branding will make up for the missing 64GB internal storage, also for the missing 2GB.
Thank you Nokia, we EU lowlifes, should be happy to pay 700euro(or more 25-27% VAT in most EU country), for a midranger. While USA and China will get the elite version of 6/8GB RAM 128gb storage as usual most likely for the same price.
Also you are the one who should stop the fantasy, including 6GB RAM and 128gb storage would have been much cheaper than giving the useless battery drainer 1440p display on 5.3 screen. Thanks Nokia, find someone else to rip off. Just another company looking down on EU

For battery, gsmarena battery result for nokia 8 is good . u may read it on their review.

AnonD-145316, 27 Aug 2017Is that even a deal- breaker seriously?! I have other problems with the phone, such as 1440p on 5.3 screen or the relatively small battery, or the always on display. Plus the supply issues that still plagues Nokia, what this means probably months away till available everywhere in EU.
Now the important part is that with Snapdragon 835, 6GB RAM not wasted like it was before,flagship price should come with true flagship RAM. Also 64GB storage nowadays is the new 32GB storage.. So one of my biggest problem around Nokia 8 is the lack of a 128GB variant, since both the front and rear cameras support 4K video resolution, how long before that bare bone 64GB filled? Also as a gamer you cant solve the lack of space with SD cards, thats to say after the new android version, you left with about 40GB to fill, not much.
At this point I dont know why should I pay 700 euro for Nokia which offers nothing extra over other brands.
Nokia also looks down on EU consumers, just like HTC did, just like LG did. All of these companies offers gimped storage or even RAM compared to China/USA for almost the same price, what do they think that EU satisfied with trash? Sorry but I can never support companies like this, these things always make me think that ultimately iPhone still the best phone when comes to value, sure I hate the system, but at very least can buy 128gb or 256gb storage versions if I so desire.
While Nokia 8 will offer 8GB RAM and 128 GB storage to China/USA, EU got shatfted with 4GB/64GB
While HTC U 11 offered 6GB RAM and 128GB storage to China/USA, Eu got shafted 4GB/64GB
Stop ripping off EU, shame on Nokia!

Only China will get 128gb storage along with 8GB Ram, for the same price like in EU. Thanks for the nothing Nokia, you can keep your phone

Once I wrote :nokia8 can use another technology from zeis (hrm,high resolution monochromatic ) and eventually that's happened , I really appreciate hmdians / ex nokians for following their fan's opinions if they persist in their attamp to turn their fan's opinion into reality, certainly they can come back to golden age /even upper golden age
