Best phone ever made hands down and also best seller and one of the best flagships 2017-2018
i got rid of my Iphone 8 for this masterpiece that is Nokia 8.
Hopefully we will get more and more support for this device since its becoming extremely popular

Using it from last 5-6 months performance is too good, Camera UI is not that great.Battery is not that great but not that bad either.

Instead of feeling bad for no LED notification, i'd prefer Nokia gives an update to the glance screen to show notification from any apps rather than just the stupid mails, messages and phone notifications.
I hope this glance screen gets an update with android pie.

Wine, 11 Oct 2018How is the battery life of the Nokia 8 with heavy use? And ... moreAndroid One is the purest form of android. It helps in running the phone smoothly even with less ram and lower band chipsets. I'd choose Nokia 8 over any other custom skin just for the plain and pure user interface.. You still can install the apps that are only for samsung and xiaomi by installing from the apk files. I am a very heave user, and i charge it in the morning before leaving home and i get the battery until i sleep at night.

How is the battery life of the Nokia 8 with heavy use? And is Android One a more economic UI than any other UI, like for example EMUI, MIUI or Samsung’s? I’m still debating whether to go for the Nokia 8 or for a phone with a larger battery, like the Pocophone F1. Could anyone give some advice?

Hey guys, I don't know if you all already know this, but i just wanted to share anyways. I just had a chat with the Nokia support and the lady told me that Nokia 8 also comes under Android One program even though there is nothing physically written on the back of the phone unlike other Android One phones, therefore it includes 2 years of guaranteed software updates and 3 years of guaranteed monthly security patch updates, starting with Android 9 Pie by the end of November.
I just hope we get the search bar below like the pixel launcher and support for icon packs in the default launcher..

Install glasswire and see if any app uses a strange amount of internet resources. Also try greenify, is a complex app, but it might find the culpit. Just use it for a while to see what apps run in.background and what you could stop. You can uninstall it once you find what's goung on. Also, check for viruses.
