Got my 808 Pureview recen... morehello Manohar ji.
I am also Symbian user since 2004 , starting from my Dad's 3230 , so I know almost everything about the early hanging and memory problems
well I am responding to ur TORRENT problem :
u should download SYMTORRENT , it works very well on all SYMBIAN VERSIONS i.e s60v3/v5/anna/belle.
u can try it I dont own an 808 till now(i m still a teen) but I have used this app and downloaded files .
It a bittorrent client , and it download everything with ease
( I will get a 808 if got in IIT.

Yes, seems like its not available as of now, so stocks are running out quickly at that price.
I will say if you really want this phone, order it from flipkart, they are giving it for Rs 18000 but there is additional discount of 5% for today so you can get that for Rs 17000 actually.

Got my 808 Pureview recen... moreMy 808 is not hacked so can't say much about that.
Memory: I've not run into any errors about the memory, and keep about 55% available. Perhaps there's something installed on drive C that is not needed?
FP1/FP2: I'm on FP2 and have no issues with videos...I'm fairly certain I can play all formats you've listed, though not 100% certain.
Battery Life: I use 3.5G and charge every night, normally getting to around 40% charge remaining. Daily I email, text, browse the web, and make numerous phone calls. In 2G I can go about 2 days. I think you may be doing more data streaming if you are having that little battery life. Also, you battery will lessen from the rated millamp as it ages. You can also purchase higher capacity batteries for this phone: Mugen Power has a two great options.
32GB memory card: I have a Samsung 32GB class 10 and it works flawlessly. The higher the class, the faster the card. Get the class 10.

Got my 808 Pureview recently.
=> Really amazing phone.
=> I've been in love with Symbian since 2005 with my first Symbian device 6600... Later purchased N70, N73, N95, E63, E5, C5(The last Symbian phone with Alphanumeric keypad) and now this Legendary Phone( The last Symbian phone).
=> I hacked it and installed a lot of games and apps downloaded from N8FANCLUB.COM. I enjoy a lot with them.
=> It's Camera, Screen, Sound, Shape, Speed, Built quality etc. are fantastic.
=> OTG is really a usefullllll feature.
=> I found two problems in it.
=>The first: the annoying ''Memory full close some applications'' pop up which I've been facing since my first Symbian phone. Why couldn't Nokia clear this problem...... though this phone has 512mb ram and 1.3ghz processor?
=> The second: It's battery is poor. It gives me only 3/4 day with net on. My old 2mp E63 has 1500mAh battery. But this gigantic 41mp phone has only 1400mAh battery. ''Battery Status'' a thirdparty app, downloaded from n8fan club shows my battery is only 1320mAh! What a pity! How far do you think Nokia has done justice in this segment?
=> I've a few questions... I need your help please...
=> I'm still on Belle Fp1. Knew that Belle Fp2 won't support some of the video formats which Fp1 support. Is this true? Should I upgrade to Fp2 or continue with Fp1? I like watching videos and I've many videos in .avi .mkv .wmv .wma .flv. formats
=> I use ttpod for music. I need Core Player for watching videos. Do we have it? I had it for my old phones.
=> I want to buy 32Gb memory card. Which is better? Class 4 or Class 10 memory card? What is the difference between them? Are there any other Class memory cards?
=> I installed Torrents downloader from n8fanclub. I'm able to divert some files to this app. But not able to download. Mainly I'm unable to even divert the magnetic links to this app! Any expert here! Because I was put to shame when my friend was able to do this on his Micromax Android mobile! I want to show him that our Symbian also could do it!
=> Sorry to all the guys here if I had committed any mistakes in this review!

friends pls help me.. After a week of using 808 only thing that annoys me is
gallery is very slow and hangs.. What to do.. Any idea.. Nothing else.. Everything is good.. Specially battery... Very good battery back-up... Pls get me any solution for this gallery problem

If u r willing u can go a head.. Surely N9 will satisfy u in many areas.. Only area where it fails is TAKING PICTURES AT LOW LIGHT ( NIGHT ).. u pls join in (MeeGo & Maemo) group ib facebook.. U will get more ideas and suggestions abt the device.. In N9 one can tweak what ever he need.. From overclocking to inbuilt loudspeaker payback volume.. Many more can be said.. If u can get 64gb version.. Believe me NO OTHER PHONE IN EARTH CAN INTEGRATE ALL SOCIAL NETWORKS FEEDS IN SINGLE SCREEN. But N9 does it... If u get white 64gb it will sound great among N9 users.. Enjoy brother..

nokia made a big mistake by stopping symbian os should have use in asha series then this will number one position when millions still love to use then what's the point to close good running os and awsome user interface symbian is most easy and powerfull os ....how if nokia comes back with symbian devices again with little improvement like live wallpaper and games which run on android will be running on symbian how wonderful......
