The 808 is a great phone. I have had experience with numerous droids and apples here in the USA. My friends and family are very impressed with the 808. They can't believe or understand why it's not offered through the big carriers. Aside a lack of applications, it works great. Fast and very responsive. Don't hesitate, it's great.

Obviously out there are a lot of lumias and androids but pure view is unique because its excellent hardware, build quality, telephony performance and the monster camera! The best camera phone ever made with symbian os which already counts 1 billion devices all over the world. In the future i think we'll have plenty of time and wp or android or ios devices to get boring....but 808 is another class device.

Waiting is over..finally I got my new friend, white nokia 808..looked for blck but found white...anyway great 4n..but didnt have much time to play with it..i had leve it in home for while..so sad..

AnonD-21647, 01 Dec 2012How good is the Bass quality of 808 on headphones?Bass quality of 808 is superb,no doubt about it,but also depends on the quality of the headphone use,and remember to turn on the Dolby headphone in the player setting,you can feel the greatness of 3D surround effect.

guys ..i am a proud pureview owner for last 2mnths..
the best audio, loudspeaker, camera, display under sun.... still want either maemo 5 on my 808pureview ....
please if any one knmows a trick do not hesitate to contact me at my e-id - duhanramanraj@gmail.com - need help otherwise in nokia best build quality... i've dropped it many times but not even a single scratch...just take good care of the camera lens..

Super Battery Life, Best Camera, FM transmitter, Cristal clear reception. What else we need. In short, this is really the best phone I ever use. I love it :)

This the best phone. Its simple but has every thing which you need in one device. Battery timing is superb and its very intelligent means connet with wifi or internet only when there is a requirement or you yourself want it to be conneted with internet. After using its camera, you can never like any other camera in other phones. FM transmitter, you will love it and now you need not to carry tons of CDs or USB where its difficult to seach songs. Every thing in your hand if you have Nokia 808. I am really in love with my 808 :)

AnonD-21647, 01 Dec 2012How good is the Bass quality of 808 on headphones?I suppose it's a lot better than the one supplied with the N8. The real gripe and really an odd drawback is that it lacks the control buttons as the already exceptional headset from the N8. So, I never actually used the ones from the 808. I still use the N8 headset for its controls.
