why are the samsung and iphone lovers commenting here? stick to your own phones. you don't like your phones and are badmouthing the other companies phones and OS? i bought the 808 recently and it was very good. IMHO it is a very good phone, i like the build, the user interface and most of all: the camera which for that sole reason alone made me buy it. i don't want to comment on other phones because some of you guys who actually want to buy it will get discouraged upon seeing the bad reviews of people who doesn't OWN the 808. i own one and i am proud to say i wasn't sorry for buying it until now (2 weeks) i have a galaxy tab if you guys want to know and i get my apps from there. what i really want to tell those who are planning on buying the 808, if you want it for it's merits, buy it. it a good phone, if you want apps, they have apps although it's not what most phones have (android, IOS) just buy what you need and forget what people say, because for me, this phone is a-OK.

Is very hard to understand what you are saying, anyway. If it's not working with the pc, is maybe because of the firewall. There is an app in the phone called "Store", open it:))... ok , joking... First you need to make an account at nokia store with that app, than you can download whatever... Using app store in phone is more comfortable.

In ovi store mostly paid apps. but when she go to ovi store and choose apps. than she top the apps. (free apps). and than she go to download page. but when she top the download nothing is happen! she using OM7 browser coz she cant download in default web coz the firewall is set to max, but we can also download in OM7. i think we are in touble to download did you face this problem. and how you solve it! pls. help!

-he wants an access to hardware configuration such as RAM CPU Side buttons..
-he wants his own solid user interface...
-he wants huge amount of free apps.
-he wants to control over Ram nd CPU in order to save battery to increase performance.
-he wants to be the latest OS user without replacing Devices but only changing OS.
-he wants to change his OS as PC according to his mood.....simply by cynogen mode.
-All in all he wants an open source....

-he wants to be the latest os user by not replacing d phone but only by upgrading it.
-He wants to use RAM & processor by his own choice to save battery life for better performance.

Hey guys, i have nokia N8 and want to buy 808pv. I connected my N8 to a wi-fi network. I could do web browsing and watching online youtube videos. But i could not able to download videos from Fast tube or youtube dowloader app. But my friend's sony ericsson xperia mini pro doest it all. What to do? Do this problem will persist in nokia 808 also. Please reply and thanks in advance.
