Hello,

I would like to buy the 808 in United Arab Emirates but I am living in France and of course I would like to use the French Language (for sms and for all the phone....)
Do you know what Language are available into the Pureview ??

          since when did android and iPhone learned to record 1080p videos? That's when they acquired dual cores, they only record up to 720p when they have single core. But nokia made full HD recording even on one core, that's how amazing nokia is . Nokia is just struggling at the moment but it will definitely return as king. Nokia, of all oem's knows how this industry works. And nokia will surely figure this out soon. And i'll stand by them till that time comes, i know i wont be waiting long.

                AnonD-60353, 23 Jun 2012Nokia is saying it supports memory card up to 48GP not 32GPnokia says memory is expandable 'upto' 48 gb...that ' upto ' itself states 16(inbuilt) +32 (external) =48gb. And ofcoz it can read/support >32gb mem card ,,but nokia approves til 32gb.even 5233 does read 32gb

                  There is one thing than Nokia 808 does't cover: the quality of microphones, which Nokia says are good for sounds up to 140db. There is a clip on youtube, recorded with Nokia 808 close to the scene, on a Nightwish concerte. Let me tell you this: I have NEVER heard this kind of quality voice recording made with cameraphone. Basicly no distortions and recording was taken right next to stage and speakers

                            i will list some of the best apps. i use so u dont miss any android or ios experience on it

                            facebook:

                            the official facebook touch site works like sharm in the inbuit browser

                            fmobi latest version too

                            twitter:

                            the built in social app. runs twitter well
                            tweetian app. is also super great

                            photo-filters

                            photorim-hd silent movie colorize it sketch effect magic photos Molome (same as instgram) Photofx also nokia panorama

                            youtube:

                            Youtube downloader can download any video up to HD quality 720p also facetube

                            social:

                            Fring after little modification Skype whatsapp nimbuzz and Viber on the wayyyyy

                            usefull apps

                            Vibraconnect gives little vibration when call connected also nokia sleeping screen , flickrup , majormovie , desktop notes , battery info , nokia battery meteer , hdr camera , skyfiles (same as dropbox) , Soundhound , shazam , Vimeo , dictionary

                            Games:

                            not into many.., but the device came with asphalt 6 adrenaline preloaded and some other HD games


                            all of this beside the inbuilt app. as Nokia maps check ins near by drive in navigate microsoft apps one note ...etc makes the device an ultimate social device with best cam ever

                              I just received received the Nokia 808 Pureview from Saudi Arabia,it was unlocked originally, I used it one day and switch off b4 to go to bed,the morning after the phone doesn't want to switch ON,it just start to switch on then close off.
                              the only thing is what I did yesterday is to download sone apps from Nokia web site from the phone ,like gps,software for color nad that's it.Now it won't swithc on at all.need your help please

                                Thanks for excellent review , can anyone tell me about a nice BEEPLESS call recorder for belle FP1, as my previous Total recall started beeping in 701 after upgrade.I am in a profession where call recorder is a necessity.

                                  The only diff thats why android is more popular its because of numbers of apps but when it comes in unit it self i still prefer nokia os. But nokia should hire lots of programmer to create "thousands hundreds of apps" exclusive for nokia user only. I LOVE THIS PHONE!!!
