The specifications showed here aren't complete... The new Nokia Rich Recording technology which is one of the key feauters of this device isn't mentioned at all here... Also, its powerful GPU can't be found in the specifications here and the dedicated camera chip isn't mentioned neither...

Keep dreamin... moreThat audio quality is because Nokia use superb quality MEMS microphones,good to superb speakers,,good earpieces,good audio chip..Nokia also do superb radios..Nokia always use quality components unlike HTC which use the worst...
If i go to nightclub to video i always take Nokia,,as far as my tests have done over the years any other mobile cant handle the clubs bass elements...This is because they use subpar components so any other make i have tried(except Nokia)turns all the bass into a garbled mess..Along with nokias algorithms and quality cameras filming in a nightclub is always best using Nokias..I say this from personnel testing not any write up or website testing.

If u see all the new application the platform is used ios, andriod & blackberry. since there is no further development on symbian then what is the use of a smart phone. nokia belle, asha, mego are kind of new plateform for which only rare applications are available. Its nokia policy is to not go to other OS plateform as they want to lead the market by its own terms and they think soon or later they will again dominate the market. Ha Ha ha ....In a recent industrial world where manufacturing of 8GB of flash memory cost less then 5$ nokia still giving user memory in MBs..what a shame. Beleive me its nokia internal policies which has failed nokia.

I currently have an nokia E7, and I would like to have this phone as my next mobile, but the only way im getting it is if the web browser can handle streaming video, like justin.tv and such. After skyfire stop supporting symbian there is no option for streaming video, and I do like to see lots of streaming transmitions like, games, and such and I do h8 my E7 cant handle that due to nokia's stupid decision of putting flash lite instead of full flash support on their devices.

Guys .., am not android hero or ifan or any of that stuff. ,. I just use whatever phone is best for price i used n8 c7 sgs2 ... c7 experience was the worst ... wishing 808 is a better one ... and yes sgs2 is amazing device best i ever used but the camera quality is far below 808 and n8 ... evry device has its best and worse ... but if nokia really used android with this super camera they gonna rule the mobile industry...

The audio quAlity on Nokia is way better than any android devices when using voip applicatoins

I've heard a lot of Android
and WP fan whining why
dont this device run their
beloved platforms. But let
face a thing, This phone
outstanding camera is becoz of SYMBIAN
hardware. Cant believe it?
Then just compare the 2010
nokia n86 8mp with lumia 900,
n9 or even gs2.. You'll
definetly know the winner.. So if you adore the
camera, please learn to adore
symbian.. Its not as bad as you think.. If you thinking bout tons of app..then just pick other os.. Sure, nokia have
planned to bring it on
lumias devices but dont expect it
will be as good as this one, maybe just a lite version
with smaller sensor..

Symbian lacks Apps. and thats a fact .. Social apps on symbian is a dull experience .. have u tried Fring on symbian and on android ! have u tried skype (if it really works:) ) not to mention other apps nokia lack as Viber tango ...etc ,
Any one gonna buy the 808 is a camera geek ... as me :)) welcome 808 :)) lloooooll i have to admit that belle is no where far near android in apps ui games...etc but the camera ! oh man its freakin hot ! ...
808 and S3 priced the same ... so lets wait and see the real comparions and review ... ! thanks guys .. please anyone gonna reply watch ur language :)

If they would continue with Meego and Symbian (and make some publicity for them), they would rule the mobile market again. Adopting Android in some devices wouldn't be a bad idea, but they should use Meego and Symbian as primary Operating Systems...

Never ever!
808 will also be fast and stable but with the emperors camera all time for many years to cpome. This is amaxing and i even dropped lumia 800 for 701...running 40 applications that are real useful for daily life and I cant see any apps 701 lacks for the moment for over 95% of the users of a smartphone.
Nokia belle pr1 is nothing what symbian was, nothing, i say it again, belle pr1 is a solid platfor of QT and soon some features from meego.

I use the international HTC OneX but once this is available this phone will definitely be "just my pure camera experience device" 41mpx in a smartphone is unbelievable! Great job Nokia!

So nokia symbain is very week and hung the mobile.
The best operating system in mobile is a andriod os.
I will be hope that nokia will be get andriod os in in nokia 603,700,701,808.
Then nokia will be top in the mobile market on the wrold.
