Anonymous, 01 Apr 2012Again i ask, what are you getting here??
a smart phone wit... more1. Which pin head has a size of 1/1.2"?
2. The sensor pixel size of Canon 5D Mark III is 7 micron while that of PureView is 4 micron. So you dont even get double the sensor size while you paid 6 times the price
3. The 808 will record better sound in videos unless you buy a mic for your mark III
4. The Mark 3 cannot play games, music etc. There are no apps and no internet
5. And 808 has 20000000 more pixels if I talk about pure pixels. Keep dreaming!

And in other news:
Nokia stores all over the UK opened up at 12:01 this morning. This was all so sudden and unexpected, but the PureView is now AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE at Eur500. Not announced though, you have to specifically ASK THEM for it. Other countries will follow suit on the PureView's release on their respective opening times.
So, what are you waiting for? Go to your nearest Nokia store and get the device you are waiting for. I am now on my way. REMEMBER: THEY WON'T TELL YOU IT IS OUT, YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR IT SPECIFICALLY.

Anonymous, 01 Apr 2012Again i ask, what are you getting here??
a smart phone wit... more"A little more knowledge might light your way."
-Nokia is trying to make an all-rounder with this one.
-Nikon D800 captures 36MP photos.
-Of course this can't beat middle and high-end DSLRs. Those things have bigger sensors and better (and bigger) lenses. But then again, this device is built for potability. I dare you to put your DSLR in your usual pants/shorts' pockets.
-What about the S2? Poor battery life? Insane hardware requirements from the OS? OS fragmentation?
-Laughable MP? Laughable from shock, maybe. But laughable as in ridiculous? Name a mobile phone with that kind of sensor. And read the whitepaper. I assume you know how to use Google to search for the whitepaper.
-You like high-res screens with high DPI? :willywonka: Please, tell me more about how much you really pay attention to every single detail about every single thing that your two eyes pick up.
Now I ask, if you don't like this, WHY ARE YOU HERE?

Again i ask, what are you getting here??
a smart phone with a camera or camera with an off the planet MP rating along with a smart phone thrown in??
If this is'nt a gimmick then what is.
It's really no bloody wonder poor old Nokia appears to have lost the way a bit!
Perhaps they should focus on producing a good all round product.
Heavens above, i cant even think of one single high end digital SLR
camera with an MP rating that high.
I just bought the amazing Canon 5D mark3 and it MP rating is only 21mp, is that to say the 41MP Nokia 808 device with a pinhead size lens will produce better images?
I doubt it.
Maybe the mob at Nokia for a start should have a good hard look at the stunningly successful Samsung Galaxy S2, a product that's still going gang busters nearly 12 months after it's release, almost unheard of in Tech circles these days and then ask why!
In summation this is a product with a laughable MP rating, combined with a fairly low res. screen and an OS that i reckon does'nt compete Android or Apple.
Sorry guys, we humans have only one set of eyes and the MP race is over.
Someone tell this to Nokia

I'm also wondering if this ARM11 is already clocked at its limit. I hope that they used a new armv6 architecture.

Ranju , 29 Mar 2012Sgs2 specification without Android
1. 2ghz exynos dual co... moreDude u need medical help...lol
Yes go for samsung gs2 if u have a power source in ur pocket.
I have used the gs2 for last 7months & before upgrade to ICS 4.0 its battery lasts for 31-36hrs but after upgrade it lasts just 20-21hrs...if it is the battery life then Samsung must give a 10000mAh battery.
I threw dis fon several times disgusted wid its battery life then i sell in just ₹4000.
But i am luckey that i got a 2nd hand N8 in ₹5500 which runs more than 2days after Belle upgrade.

I wonder if it can have dual boot with windows and symbian together? I love symbian and windows both lol is that possible?one windows one symbian together they are perfect or even dont have dual boot do something like switching os in a click or something so that we can enjoy windows apps like microsoft and symbian apps? I think its possible with its storage that able to extend to 32 gb should be a peace of cake to nokia :D anyway I love symbian windows and android
