Nice little phone but a few problems, eg Three SIM not recognised.
It would be great if the shortcuts could be customised (eg hotspot on off shortcut)
If you enter the phone number into the contacts app with the country code, the name is not recognised on incoming calls - just the number is shown.
You can't delete the pre-loaded games.
Still no WhatsApp with latest firmware update.
Battery doesn't last a day.
BUT it's easy to use and unusual to look at.

After a month I can say I am pretty happy with it. I regularly check my facebook feed.and some news sites. I got used to the specifics of the os and its not bad. Yes, can be better.

                          Two most irritating bugs:
                          * Alarm is sometimes off by an hour (one hour late)
                          * Call log regularly gets frozen; only restart helps.

purchased this phone for about 3 days and the device just fine, but the OS(KaiOS) need to updates:
1- you can import contact from google account but it will not synchronize.
2- there is little lag (feature phones should have no lags at all).
3- you can't link shortcuts with buttons(like down button with contacts)
                            4- you can't block numbers.
**the OS is sooo Primitive, Basic
and i mean it its so primitive for feature phone (and they say KaiOS is between feature phone and smart phone)

I was looking forward to this phone to replace my aging Nokia X2-00 but it's been quite disappointing so far; It lacks any ability to import things from my old phone so I can't transfer over my Contacts, Messages, Notes etc.
The buttons are awkward - They lack the crisp click of real Nokias and are kind of spongy. Because the keypad is slightly recessed due to the slider the bottom row of buttons is awkward to press.
The performance of the phone is disappointing given how my RAM and CPU power it has - The functions on my X2 open almost immediately but there is a noticeable delay when opening even the Contacts - This is unacceptable! I think they made a big mistake using KaiOS - It's clearly a cut-down smartphone OS, but that is completely inappropriate for a limited function phone like this - So many of the reviews show off its ability to play YouTube videos but nobody in their right mind would watch a YouTube video on this! People who buy phones like this want a good *phone*, something which modern smartphones are quite poor at (They're great portable limited-function computers but suck at being phones, their terrible battery life and holding-a-brick-to-your-head form factor being two of the biggest downsides)

Spec-wise I thought it would be a good replacement but in actual use it's so much worse than my X2 - Very disappointing.

The second day to use this new phone.
The unusual good-looking bright yellow colour actually balanced out the dullness of a small non-touch screened feature phone.
The sliding cover added a sense of delicacy to the phone even though the phone is made by polycarbonate.
Glad to have google supporting the phone, we get google assistance, google search, google map and google contact sync. These guarantee one can survive in the city in this modern day.
The number pad also became more solid, more independent, and more certain when using it longer and more.

But I hope the phone can provide side volume adjustment keys, perhaps a better quality screen, and more personalization options for the homescreen shortcut keys, and homescreen display. Also, the screen and its peripheral is covered by a plastic-looking glass, I wonder if it can look more solid and strong.

Nowadays, its hard to get and use a good feature phone with good support of internet and google service, as a good touch-screen android phone can be cost for only $110. And people usually feel strange and uncomfortable when they see people still carry a feature phone around. This phone has provided an opportunity for us, the minority, to live a different lifestyle defying a strong societal norm.
