The most appalling user unfriendly phone I have ever used. I only want a simple phone for messages and calls but it is extremely difficult to change modes eg from message to contact or log calls. Skips all over the place when texting a message, freezes in one spot plus a whole lot of other communicating problems. For a simple phone it is impossibly difficult on all scores.
