i have been using this phone for a while now and i feel that this phone has got really nice features .It looks like a million bucks,its a complete life style phone.Even more its slim, feels good in had and can easly fit in anyones pocket.However there is a problem with phone that it dosnt have a good talk time.Nokia has done a great job by desinging this phone but the battery life is just not good.I hope Nokia works on its battery life and software upgrades for this phone .

Hi all can you help. I have a nokia 8800 which has been working fine but now when i make a call i can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. My mic must be working because i can hear me speaking!!!!!!.

Yea, Ur probably laughing cos it aint ya type, its just like buying a rolls royce and an ordinary range rover sport, which as more specs? (range sport), but truly to grab nymph, buy rolls royce, carbon arte is a hit

this phone is not for the spec at all its a statement of how well your doing so yeah if you want a toy buy an iphone but if you want the money grabbing whores in a club buy a carbon arte...they come running everytime

Virgin Mary, 13 Jan 2010it's an absolutely gorgeous phone...and that's about it!!! ... morevirgin mary u confuse this fone with th original 8800 which had battery issues...i have ths fone 4 close to a year n my battery stiil lasts 2-3 days with regular usage....not a single complaint to date :)

it's an absolutely gorgeous phone...and that's about it!!! The battery life of it is horrible; that's why they sell it with 2 batteries because they don't last long. Whilst you're busy with a call it just dies on you. They must see to this problem!!!!

Teo, 04 Jan 2010OK guys, who can describe what is wrong with the phones mad... moreI have a nokia 8800 carbon arte from china and its not worth the tin its made of! i,ve owned 2 genuine 8800,s ( first one then the sirocco) and the its terrible! the menu options are not spelt properly, certain apps r in chinese and i seriously doubt its ever seen carbon fibre! my advice is 2 steer clear!

OK guys, who can describe what is wrong with the phones made in China? What are the differences? What does the "user report" say?
I have the opportunity to buy one of these phones - 8800 Sapphire Arte or Graphite. Seller says it's original produced for Asian markets. And it's double SIM which is a blessing for me because I use two phones now...

well .. someone told me .. that this phone cost 1200 dolars .. because it has a secial screen .. the screen it's alive .. first time that I heard i think it's a joke .. but no .. the original 8800 carbon arte has an alive screen .. so before if you buy one of those check .. because 90 % are fake :( .. in special on ebay or other sites :) ..
