Why? Why would you waste your money on something that is purely design? Do you really think that people care that you have an over-price yet under-specced handset?
Sure it looks pretty n' all, but it's just a waste of money. Now, before you all start going on about how I have no taste, can't affod it etc - I own my own business and Am on here looking for a new phone. Secondly, I wear armani suits and Prada shoes.
I currently have a PDA, which is prerfect for what I need. I don't understand why people would actually go ahead and buy this handset...
Let's look at the facts:
1) It does nothing.
2) It's way too expensive.
3) It does nothing.
Go ahead, buy it, try nd look cool with it, but enjoy people laughing at you and calling you a "poser"...

why are so many people complain about the price? can you compare this with a diamond?woman can spend thousands of dollar on a little pieces of diamond, why cant men spend $1000 on a phone that they use everyday? if you are one of the complainer, you are dont even have a taste on the design. you have to look at the design of this phone before you put any complaining on it, thanks.

i have this phone , is so good but the problem is small display and pure memory :S i bought it for 1400$ i sold my sony ericsson k800i and my nokia n73 only to buy it.

hey this is a very nice phone. not a great one. not quite a rich man's phone,just a nice phone. a rich man's phone includes diamonds etc ..custom made. this phone is for a pretentious man who respects himself.

this phone is slick. i bought it and it makes calls, so i'm happy. i don't care about the camera, or whether the phone has wi-fi or not. BUT seriously all you "rich people" need to stop with the spam posts on here about how you have so much money. if you actually do, then go buy a Goldvish, and stop posting your angry nonsense with odd grammar and spelling mistakes. you just sound like cracked out retards. go back to myspace and chat it up with your classless friends

This phone is simply beautiful.Though I wish it were a couple more mm thinner perhaps around the 16 or 15mm range, but I guess that is just a minor detail. I am also very satisfied with the battery life, which is greatly improved from the previous 8800.
This phone is designed for looks and exclusivity not features or functions. If you want a special phone that very few people have get this one. Sure you can buy a lot of things a possibly a couple phones with the price tag of one Sirocco, but that is the price you have to pay for having a special limited edition phone and if you can't afford it don't go whining about how it's so expensive for limited functions and features.

we all know very well that this phone will eventually be free with a new service plan. so for those that are spending big bills for this phone, in a year or so i'll own one for free and i'll laugh at your crushed ego.

Listen here...i know deep down i cant afford this phone and even if i could i wouldnt even attempt to buy it anyway i dont need an expensive phone to buy mates cos when you have a body like mine people like you anyways..lol..and plus lads only get this phone so they can put it in there pocket to make them look bigger hahaha!!! my mum is going to get this phone but i see it as a waste of time because you are nearly paying 900 pounds for a fone what is not doing anything that special i just wish that she wouldnt waste her money buying something that might not be that great in the futre some one please agree with me ^_^
