Most new phones now do not have that 3.5mm headphone jack, get over it. It's a good size phone, with more than decent RAM, a good camera, and a 4150 mAh battery too.
Nokia is not failing, they are competitive in the mid-range market, and this looks to be a good flagship phone for them to build on.
