Shame! It might end up too late, too expensive again. I don't understand why management never learn from their mistake.

Very disappointed about camera, sometimes wait 20-30 seconds to see the final photo and if you move the phone faster with camera on the image freeze. In Whatsapp live the phone will restart. I reset all the phone but no chance, same problems. I d`t know if is from software or hardware but onest was worst £700 spent in my life... Design and quality of materials is super good but inside sucks.

I actually hoped for a smaller screen. 8.3 is a giant and I'm not quite a fan of that... sadly Nokia 9.3 will probably be the same. I really do not know what to say about it. This is really your choice. the 9 is a great device if you are not a selfie/post/get likes type of a person and well you are not to much in finger...printing, pun intended:). For the money i would buy one, at the end HMD is obliged to respect European laws so they have to repair your device no mater where it was bought from, well, at least the law says it. I had no Problems till now with it, besides the 2 known ones but well, it seems i never have problems only other people..or trolls:)). What i can tell you tough is that if the 9.3 is finally coming out, will have better screen, CPU and camera in front of 8.3, but aren't all flagships just exactly that? I probably confused you even more... sorry if that is the case, but i really do not vow for anything but my self, in the contrary to chinaware lover/trolls.

But with the quarantine period, work, and flying back. I won't get it until until 6 weeks later. Which means I have to wait anyway! I might regret it, if 9.3 is announced with a big improvement in the camera department. There doesn't seem much new about 9.3 after 8.3 got release. Just worried if i miss this boat, I might end up regretting it! If the 9.3 turns out to be like the iPhone 12 disappointment!

Poh, 21 Oct 2020Do you think its worth waiting for the info on Pureview 9.3... moreNewer is always better, but the question remains what you need a device for... but well minding the fact that you are into flagships i presume you want something more powerfull, so if you have patience and money, wait for 9.3. Will receive android 12 and probably 13, after 11, this one will be left behind. Also, most likely you' have a faster Picture processing and better fingerprint reader. Anyway, if those 2 do not bother you much, then at that price, it is a steal.

I have this phone for about 1,5 year looking forward to the 9.3 Pureview phone, this has been a great phone so far I am really pleased with it. Also I like the new Nokia 215 and 225 featurephones and Nokia 2.3 too.

For those of you who are fans of Pureview photography and own a Nokia 9. Maybe this method helps a little. Take a .jpeg file, remember not raw files! Then increase the saturation, lower the sharpness, and increase the gamma value.
Adjust tonal range using Levels. The middle Input slider in the Levels, adjusts the gamma in the image.

I said it's worst in performance. but from durability, it's a OK. and I'm not a braindead Nokia fan bro. I already use Chinese phones twice and a waste a total of 500$ when I used Xiaomi and Vivo because it fucked me up. Right now, I'm using Moto, a brand that supported by Chinese and it's not doing well, unfortunately. and the fingerprint does suck because it's using old school style which is it said " press harder" unlike their smartphone who is really good at performance. and I just want to say don't get too pissed will you? Nokia sometimes does do have the worst phone but doesn't mean most of them are worst. we have our opinion and critics. and once again I respected your opinion.

I am now dead certain you have never used a Chinese flagship. Nokia 9 have nothing special in its build and it is one of the most vulnerable unsecure phone around as it's fingerprint scanner is a joke. The usb port is giving up now.
