it's ok, but it has bad sound quality in calls. not a very good signal. when you make a call on one network the other remains withous signal.

I expected the battery backup of BL-5J would be far better than BL-5C.But alas! battery backup is same as BL-5C rather BL-5J takes more time to get fully charged than BL-5C which is tough to bear & just ridiculous.3:)

Is this phone good for texting and calling? How about its user friendliness? Is the battery good? My mom wants this phone but I just want to make sure that she will like this. Is the keyboard wide enough for good typing? How about the user interface?

Seriously great budget phone! Excellent call quality and never drops a call. I would highly recommend it..
