my nokia asha 200 gets hanged up while i m talking on phone n i need to take out battery then again switch it on ,... i bought it 2 months ago.. can any1 of u plz tel me what cud be the problem?

Does anyone know about its processor speed? For ASHA 300.. ASHA 303, the processor speed is spelled out... but What about this one?? Can anyone help me on this matter?

the was containing the device,,charger,,battery & headphones..
there was no microSD (external memory card),,i ask does the memory card is offered with the device or no??
