good phone.use headphone or Keep one inch away or reduce volume while talking to reduce echo.

I bought Asha 200 at Kenya and after a week i returned it to nokia care for 5 days due to echo problem and poor voice quality. Although it has improved i tried to update via nokia pc suite version 7 but it displayed ' no new soft ware yet for the phone'. Pls my friends advise further on how i can get the new software update version 10.60 since the phone is gd despite the few problems.

Dont,dont buy this phone.
Because-
video shooting is very poor(i.e 3gp not a mp4)
mp4 AVI videos not supported.
No Youtube support.
Slow phone.
According to phone price is high.
I have this mobile and know what is demand of youth.
Dont buy this phone.
Please buy x2-o1 qwerty.
This phone have all the above features and so many other also.
Price is just 3500.
Ya asha is dual.
But you buy x2-o1 for 3500 and another ordinary phone for call only for Rs.500,total is 4000.
Price of asha is 4700.
You save 700 Rs. Plus you get best service and full satisfaction.
X2o1 qwerty is better than asha.
Please dont buy Asha.

If u r internet lover dont buy asha 200 but buy only single sim of nokia.

if you are looking for dual sim phone go for nokia x2-02 because you will suffer if you change your phone from c3 to this as nokia 200 has lesser ram when compared to c3 and the performance is very very slow. secondly there is echo problem and there is not solution yet for the problem. i had returned this model because of this problem

Its been a month since I bought Nokia Asha 200. It isn't good, its quite very sloooooooow in opening anything and everything. I changed the time in my phone and since then I am unable to access Internet as I keep getting a message 'Unable to access secure connection. Please check the phone's date and security settings'. Tried changing the settings/date/time...nothing works :-( I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone!

hey guys good news you can update your device in asha 200 using pc suite, wait for the latest firmware and lets update our asha phone, btw i can buy this stuff yesterday and i review the specs its good for dual sims, and the BEST asha phone because its cheap and nice

I'm saatisfied with the phone as everything work good for me, unlike other people who have echo problem. My suggestioin try the phone before you buy. Maybe echo could be either defect product or software problem.
