I have just returned my Nokia Asha 200 great phone but hopeless reception. In my office my dual sim Huawei shows 5 bars for both the networks I use the Nokia 1 bar for one and two for the other. At home 3 bars on the Huawei none for either operator. So if you want good features e.g. PC Suite its great if you want reception its hopeless.

Bought this nokia Asha 200 yesterday @ 4300/- as my secondary phone...... I already own nokia 5800 Xpressmusic thtz absolutely fine and I find it Awesome n really Durable....... coming to the Point , I was looking foward for a dual sim phone with More messaging space ( Approx 2500 - 3000 msgs) ..... That also means that i wud want a good message tone SOUND obviously ......
As i expected Nokia to meet my requirement criteria I was said to go for this Nokia Asha 200...... but found 2 major flaws OR Im literally unaware of How to use it correctly ??? I think NO....!!!
One thing is for sure the normal call ringtone volume is totally fine n properly audible...... but wen it comes to message tone sound even on maximum volume set...... the message tone is tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo low even if u assign ur own downloaded tone........!!!
Secondary , I thought it would have the option to select the option to save messages to Memory card and that will give me hugh message saving memory...... again disappoinment (
What I found is a totally new thing in Nokia........ Something so called Message archive...... where in the messages of ur inbox can be transferred to this "Message Archive" which is located in the Memory card...... Sounds good ???
wait until u knw the whole story .....!!!
u cant select all the messages at once and move them to Message Archive....... U'll have to open a message n only then u can move that message to Archive ....... that means if u have approx 100 msgs u'll have to open each and every message n move them seprately to "Message Archive" .......... more over u cant even move back ur messages from Archive to ur inbox back........!!!
Drained my money in the sewerage.....!!!
Typing is Extremely goood n smooth ....Music sound is good....in music player and for ringtone only but very poor for message tone....!!!
Im also facing the same problem of Echoing....... its quiet annoying specially wen both the callers r talkin at the same time u wont understnd easily....!!! cz u'll be hearing urself also :(

I am Asha 200 user but i am not able to record FM ratio as it is mentioned in mobile phone specifications. if anyone knows How it works then please share.

Nokia asha 200 is a best mobile but only sim 2 is not use this phone sim 1 & 2 both use this phone

I bought mine yesterday. And here's my review.
1. The keypad is made with plastic.
2. For me my 7210 supernova is better than this in terms of camera.
3. Messanging is the same with other s40. But has conversations, that's why they call it threaded.
4. I dont hear any echo in this phone. Maybe because I talk in a low tone.
5. I have no problem in sending with my networks, SunCellular and Globe.
6. I cannot find the Web. It has Internet icon but its like opera mini.
7. Easy swap sim is good, you can remove and insert your sim without turning off your phone.
8. Apple headset is not compatible with this phone.
9. Does not play mp4 movies. 3gp does.
Its worth it for my money. So what's my reason for buying if I have galaxy y and supernova?
1. I want qwerty phone. I have Chat222 before.
2. I often missed calls and text messages on my other phone when I left it on my bag, so I need dual sim phone.
3. I want threaded messaging.

some says it is a worthless phone and have echo problem while speaking. some says there is no such problems and it is a good phone. what is correct? can any body give exact details of this phone.
