whatsapp is working on ma nokia asha 200..if u r using it in india just copy the .jad file to your memory card and update its version..den open it ..if der is an error showing dat Error Occured In whilst Opening Connection..then just delete your all configurations of gprs from Menu->Settings->Configuration->delete configurations...den again open your whatsapp application frm memory card...it gets working..i got dis method by luck..hope itz working for u...plz rply if it is so or not..

See first update ur fone till the latest version of 12.4 den search n google dwnload whatsapp from nairaland and wen u go der u will get a link ova der to dwnlod.... Den download it.....it may not wrk da frst tym....but ya it will work for sure....just try it evn i did it
