Longchari, 22 Feb 2013The most irritating thing is that I can't mark several read... moreYes Asha 200 does not provides the facility of marking messages. But still you can delete you'r messages in one go. Just click in you'r cell's message icon >> More >> Delete messages >> By folder >> Inbox/Conversations/Sent items, choose one of the available options as per you'r requirement. This options will let you delete you'r unwanted messages/chatting. And if you have saved some messages that will be in "Archive" folder available under "More" options. Have fun :)

The most irritating thing is that I can't mark several read message and delete it at one go.. for eg. if i want to delete 500 messages i will have to go through the same thing over and over again for 500 times!!!! what can be irritating than that???

hey , look wise its ok bt its features are really nt up to the mark...... the main problem of hang is really disappointing and irritating ...........dnt like dis mobile anymore .............

I updated the software 2 times, bt still the prob of hang didnt changed. So, do one thing, pls change the board of ur asha 200 and change dat phone with a better one rather than asha 200.

I wonder who among you asha 200 user can tell me why the asha unit is always hang up when you try to make a call, play music and browse photo's even if you updated its software. Any one who have thesame expirience and with answer? thanks...

The Good:
Good looking phone(almost looks like a smartphone :)
Supports backup to micro SD card and synching.
Battery life average approx 7 days
Decent sound level
Supports Over the Air (OTA) firmware updates.
Qwerty keyboard!
Includes extras like direct Facebook, twitter and Orkut access via apps.
Customizable home screen and shortcuts allows quick access to apps and other features.
Relatively good screen size good for browsing (especially with Opera Mini!!)
The Bad:
Camera picture quality ranges from standard to poor.
Video Quality sucks :/
Can't send jar (java) applications and game via Bluetooth due to DRM issues.
Only one alarm can be set :(
Can be slow at times :(

No whats app ?
No call blocking (apparently due to dual sim capability)
Summary:
Its still a good looking feature phone for the price conscious. But those wanting 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS must look somewhere else.
Note: None of the Nokia Asha series are smart phones, they are smartphone like only.

i liked this set but its ram is low thats y its slow
but overall its good
