With the help of my network provider I have followed the instructions to ENABLE my phone's 'Internet' and '@mail'... by > settings>cursor>device>click on device update>download phone software> ... at which point I get "You are about to connect to the internet (surely the point of the exercise?) Data call costs apply. Connect?" with the option of a YES or a NO... so I click on YES and after a while it informs me that "Remote server not responding". Since these functions have not worked from my purchase of the phone brand new in the box I have been sold a fraud and I consider that Nokia owe me a working device (and that is before taking into consideration the waste of my time and frustration caused).
